"Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens."

Parking was not good. The reason for not having 5 stars is parking. Only 2 parking spots to be used on the street. The driveway on the property only has room for 2 cars. The place has 4 guest rooms. ".We stayed at Dunleith Inn for two nights while visiting Natchez and came away feeling disappointed, especially given how much potential this property has. The historic home itself is absolutely beautiful, and the grounds could be spectacular. That’s what makes the experience so frustrating.
