"Front desk staff excellent and well spoken. Breakfast was OK, but had the world's slowest toaster. Room was quiet and A/C/ quiet, too. Location convenient, but a little spooky at night. Had not been to Albany for 40 years, so the whole trip was a revelation. Highly recommend the pizza at "The Fountain" ..."

"Super easy check in with friendly staff with plenty of accommodations. The building felt very secure because you can’t get anywhere near the rooms without a hotel key. The breakfast was really good and the staff was happy to answer any of my allergy questions"
