Very noisy location- building on Major road, hear traffic all the time. Fire House directly across street. Emergency vehicles going all night. Very poor construction of units. They are not soundproof at all. You can hear neighbors just walking in their unit upstairs. Rules say for you to take off shoes - This is a bottom floor unit , so explain how that’s going to make any difference. Rust hole in Tub is a safety concern and disgusting for the price you charge. And I think you can put a better shower curtain than one from the Dollar store! Seriously! Laundry is not in unit - and machines are very old and dirty. 2 units do not work. Rusty and door falling off. Refrigerator is old and doesn’t even have an ice maker. Ice trays are old and disgusting.

Easy walk and Husk Restaurant

Nice! Responded to our needs for corkscrew. Easy downhill walk but uphill coming back. Ubers and taxis nice. Community area nice and washers/dryers.

Great all around

This private studio was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown, far enough away to be able to relax after all the hustle and bustle on Broadway. Very safe and clean Neighboorhood. Quick walk to coffee shops, breakfast and lunch places.

Good location for walking to town!

Actually a really cute place! My only issue was the smell of cleaning product. It was so pungent we had to leave all the windows open everytime we were in there. The place was very clean but the smell was noxious. Fabuloso to be exact. Location seemed a bit sketchy at night but didn't stop us from going out at all. I would stay here again if something was done about the smell.

Perfect for a couple

This studio is perfect for two people. It is a small, one room apartment but it has some separation of the kitchen area and the bathroom and vanity are separate with door closures. The location in reference to Broadway is very good. It is about a six block walk (some uphill) but nice to have the option to walk. The unit is surrounded by locked gates so provides added security. The owners are excellent communicators. From the reservation process, to the contract, to the security deposit to the check in. All was handled very professionally and they respond to questions very quickly. We will definitely look to come back another time. One final note, both my wife and i worked remotely one of the days and the WiFi was perfect the entire day.

Great location, great host

The host are very responsive and accommodating. The condo is a lot smaller than the pictures show. Property needed some work. We stayed on the first floor, very noisy from the upstairs tenants stomping around every night about 2 am. Fire station right across the street was very busy all day and night. The random chirping of the smoke detectors is very annoying at 1-4 am which they never did it during the day when we were awake. Parking is very limited even with the gates parking it was full every day and night same with the parking lot.
