This was an amazing experience for our family. It comfortably slept 14 people and the amenities were fantastic. It had everything we needed to meet our needs. The spaces were all beautiful and very clean. The kids loved all the animals and had so much space to roam. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! It was a great accommodation for our large group and we really appreciated that it offered multiple houses to sleep in. We loved getting to visit with the animals and the space felt nice and secluded.

Perfect family retreat!

Gratidude Ranch was the perfect place for my extended family to gather for a long weekend. The main house, carriage house, and cottage were all clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The kitchen was perfect for all of us (11adults & 3 children) to gather while cooking meals together. We also enjoyed grilling on the deck! The many porches with rocking chairs, porch swings, etc were a favorite in the evening too! As an added bonus, the kids LOVED visiting the animals at the barn! During our stay, we drove into the quaint village of Leipers Fork several times for shopping (the Bubble Joy candy shop was the kids favorite!), eating, and enjoyed wine in the Creek at Crown Winery (the adults favorite)! It was a wonderful weekend. We will be back!

Delightful country getaway and event space

The property was incredibly unique and charming. We utilized almost the entire space, perhaps short of the outdoor fireplace :) Including hosting a family reunion in the event barn, which was a fantastic way to see everyone without even having to leave the grounds. Swim spa was very useful during the hot days and even at night - when the adults wanted a little time to unwind. Hosts were very responsive and attentive during our stay. All the kids loved the animals. My only note to future renters is that there is only one "adult" bedroom in the Ranch House that is private (there is a also a twin room). The other queen room is closed off by a curtain off of the main kitchen, which we didn't realize from the original pictures. And that kitchen can get a little noisy as the main cooking space for the large group.

Annual Nashville trip with my students

I take my small high school vocal ensemble to Nashville each spring to learn more about the music industry, meet artists & songwriters, and enjoy the amazing city of Nashville. It is a challenge to find a property that can house boys & girls separately like this! This property was so perfect for us. Super spacious. SO gorgeous. The owners were so kind and communicated so quickly with us. It was just an amazing weekend in so many ways and this property was so comforting to come "home" to.

Pristine clean, exceptional property for family gatherings

Overall a fantastic experience! We stayed over Thanksgiving. The kitchen accommodated chefs and sous chefs with ease and our large turkey would fit in either oven. The dining room was perfect for our group. Plenty of trash bags and other basics. Grandkids loved the animals and playing in the creek at the bottom of the hill. King and twin rooms in the main house were wonderful, although the queen bedroom off the kitchen was short on storage. The cottage is a real gem. We were going to put the grandkids and their parents in the carriage house but the ladder to the loft (only 4'H) was a bit rickety for the little ones. Our main issue was the hot tub which had been emptied for cleaning prior to our arrival - thank you, but it wasn't hot enough till the 3 day - the downside of an 11 person tub! Management was prompt responding, very helpful, totally accountable for the hot tub, and easily score 5 stars!

Family Trip

My husband and i booked this for his birthday celebration. We brought our kids and their significant others. Plenty of space for all 8 of us. Very clean. Beautiful area. A very fun place to stay.

Exclusive beautiful private bungalow

My wife and our one pet had an amazing stay. The facilities were immaculate. The accommodations were excellent. The decor was delightful. This is a very nice trilevel home with plenty of open space as well as separate areas for privacy or exclusivity during the visit if we needed it. The property was well maintained with multiple acres for our dog to run and play. The location was very private. It was very easy to get to. It was some distance from town but that’s exactly how we wanted it . We would be excited to share our experiences if anyone wants to ask. We are looking forward to booking this facility again.

Our trip to Nashville to see the rolling stones

The host was amazing. Very fast responses and checked in to make sure we were doing ok via email which was nice. This property is 30 min from downtown so we were expecting to want to stay downtown most of the time. What we found out was we really enjoyed the property so much we were dragging our feet to leave to go downtown. The house is spacious and the property is absolutely gorgeous. We plan on taking the bikes down to this property soon as the roads are also perfect 👌
