The property was great for our family reunion. It had everything that we needed - bathrooms for everyone, activities for all ages, bunk bed room for the kids, a pool, lots of space, and cooking supplies. The communication with the host was also good.

Wonderful accommodations! Plenty of space for our large group. There was something in the house for all ages of our group to enjoy. The location was perfect as well- close enough to the action of Nashville but far enough way for peace and serenity. We definitely recommend this house for a large group.

Our stay in this house was great. Lots of room for our multi generation family to spread out. We had 13 in total 8 adults and 5 kids ages 12-18. The big bunk room upstairs was great to allow the kids to all stay together. The game room is a huge plus with 3 pinball machines, a video game console and the golf simulator. It was a constant go to anytime we were at the house...when we weren't in the pool! The owner Hannah and the house manager Jared with both attentive and took care of the few minor asks that we had. The house also came equipped with a little bit extra of anything we needed.....zip lock bags, kleenex. baking supplies, tons of kitchen utensils and dinner ware, etc. It wasn't super close to anything we did, but it also wasn't too far away. Most things were a 20-40 minute drive. We rented three cars were able to easily park them all in the driveway. There's a reason why this house has never had a review of less than 5-starts. highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great host.

We had 5 couples stay here for my wife’s 40th bday. The house was incredible with plenty of entertainment, had a chef come prepare meals at the house, transportation in to town was provided and more than enough room to invite more people next time. Outstanding trip and accommodations.

An Extended Family Vacation for the Books!

Our extended family gathering at this gorgeous home exceeded our expectations from our first contact through to our departure. Hannah, the host, was extremely responsive. The homes’ spaciousness, amenities (e.g. an amazing pool, pin ball machines, a grand piano, a cozy theater room, a kitchen with everything one would need), and overall comfort made it especially easy to enjoy our family time - a rare and special gift. While we have rented some rather amazing VRBO properties, this experience is easily the most enjoyable - one truly for the books!

Perfect for large families or parties!

We had plenty of space to accommodate our family. Everyone was comfortable. Plenty of beds, towels, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and bathrooms. We also had options to sleep on very comfortable couch's. The best part was the cleanliness and ambience of the home. We had an amazing stay and our host was awesome! Nothing negative to report.

Excellent property for team offsite.

Our executive team offsite went really well and was most productive. Our group was able to meeting, stay and play all on the property. The property is beautiful and comfortably housed our entire group. The host and property manager were outstanding and extremely responsive. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect In Every Way

There are many homes on VRBO. There are very few that take your breath away. This home is so spectacular it leaves you speechless. Every room, including the grand piano room, theatre room, game room, and others are perfect. Treat yourself! We did, and are more than pleased with our decision.

The house was perfect for our multi-age family gathering. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool that was heated perfectly for our fall get together. The property manager was very easy to reach and helpful while we were in the house.

Family Retreat

11 Adults and 8 children (under 8) arrived on Thursday and Departed on a Monday, we enjoyed the house/pool every day. Had all meals delivered or prepped onsite. It was great and would do it again. From Massage to Yoga - Great memories.

Tennessee horse country mansion

Beautiful country mansion a mile from Iroquois Steeplechase. Great for large groups as there are 9 bedrooms and multiple beds on three floors. The pool area and hot tub are beautiful and make for a great downtime spot in warm weather. Entire house is well laid out, and I especially appreciated the piano room being a musician. Would love to return. Hannah and Jason answered all our questions promptly. 5 star all the way.
