The modern construction and airy design of our home will give you a sense of renewed peacefulness as you enjoy Nashville! We have taken great pride in thinking through everything you will need while you're here. We have a fully stocked kitchen, travel soaps and shampoos, coffee, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, Apple TV, wifi, washer and dryer, and of course all of the linens and towels you will need! We stayed in the condo over the weekend and it was great Neil, the host, was very accommodating and answered back promptly to my messages. The condo was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! The location was close to downtown and the Nations was a nice neighborhood to stay in. We will definitely be back.

Friends weekend away!

We stayed (2 couples) for a long weekend to experience Nashville. We had a blast. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. Fully stocked with toiletries and was the perfect size for 4 people. The rooftop area was adorable and provided more hangout space. The restaurants in walking distance were delicious! We had a car but took a lyft/ uber every night to broadway. Drivers are ample and there within 5mins or less. Neighbors were friendly. We also used the grill our last night for dinner. I’d stay here again!

Cozy Roof deck townhouse

We recently stayed at this lovely townhouse for a soccer tournament. It was a great place to stay at if you need a weekend getaway. It’s a few minutes outside the center of Nashville. Downtown Nashville can get really busy and ridiculous to navigate. It was nice to be only a few minutes away in a quiet area with a lot of local options. It was very clean and access was easy.

Long Weekend Football Game Stay

Accommodations were exactly as expected. Location was awesome - quiet neighborhood with plenty of options within walking distance. Very large Farmer’s Market and good restaurants nearby. Parking on street was no problem.

Living like a local in the Nations

Condo was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Was a 10 minute drive to downtown and other neighborhoods. We chose the Nations to be close to a Wedding event but would stay in this neighborhood again as was quiet yet a close drive to rest of Nashville fun!

We drove into Nashville from out of state to celebrate our anniversary. Our host Neal did a great job of providing suggestions for fabulous restaurants and activities so we could pre-plan our stay. Great place!!!

We loved staying at this cute townhome! It was perfect for what we needed. We loved the rooftop and the location. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway. We did eat at some of the local eateries, and they were fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was great. He left plenty of suggestions, how-to's, etc. for the area and the house. Very well thought out!

Great spot just out of downtown

Convenient and easy, great for 2 couples. Awesome weather allowed us to use the rooftop deck. Wish we had more time to investigate the nation’s neighbor as it looked to have a lot of great spots. Neil is SUPER responsive
