My friends and I came down to celebrate my 50th Birthday! This house was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it! I highly recommend it! Alex was great to work with and responded to emails immediately! The photo opportunities were perfect! The guys weren’t as thrilled as us girls, but they were troopers. We are definitely coming beck because we didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop. It was very clean! Lots of space! Thank you Alex!

Went on a girls trip to Nashville and stayed here. I can't say enough about how much we loved this townhouse -- the host has thought of everything you can possibly need to enjoy your stay, to include the selfie wall inside and the rooftop murals. Our stay was wonderful and the beds were sooo comfortable. Being able to use the garage to park the car was great as well. The host was extremely responsive to all of questions -- before our arrival and during our stay. This place is perfect and we will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future. I highly recommend this place (and this host) for your trip to Nashville!

This place was perfect for a girls’ weekend. 8 of us total. Great value for the price. Very attentive customer service. Loved each room had a bathroom. Roof top and spacious kitchen/living area were a grand bonus.And we achieved early check in when requested & was possible. We spent a great long day on the roof top.Great safe neighborhood for walking. What a charm!

Great place for large groups!

We had an amazing stay! The property is just a 10-minute ride to downtown Nashville, which made getting to all the action super convenient. The house itself is perfect for large groups and ideal for celebrations—we stayed for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The rooftop was a highlight, and the stylish interior made for some great photo ops. The host, Alex, communication was fast and easy, which made the whole experience even smoother.One thing to note for future guests: there are quite a few stairs throughout the property, so it may be something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns or for safety when moving between levels.Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place for a fun group trip to Nashville!

Super Host

Communication from host was great. He went above and beyond to respond to a special request for items left behind. There is limited dresser and/or hanger space for unpacking, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Also, the pergola shade was missing/broken. All around though, a great spot for a visit to Nashville.

This property was terrific and just as described in the listing. Great location, close enough to enjoy all Broadway has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The rooftop deck is amazing. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again in the future.

Nashville Weekend Away

We were in Nashville for a girls’ weekend getaway. Alex was a great host and answered all of our questions promptly. The house was easy to access. The rooms were spread out enough to give everyone privacy and their own bathroom. We spent time playing games in the kitchen/family room and hanging out on the rooftop deck. The location wasn’t far from downtown or Dunkin 😉 which was fantastic. The only thing I would mention is that there are four levels, so lots of stairs. It was not an issue for our group, but just something to keep in mind based on your particular group. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Stay

A group of 10 of us stayed here for a long weekend and had the best time! The place was just as described and shown in pictures! Being able to park in the garage and have driveway parking made the trip so convenient. It was also so easy to get Ubers to/from the house. The rooftop patio was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

Great place!

We had a great time for my 40th birthday! We had 11 people and all fit well in the house. The rooftop patio was awesome, wish there would’ve been a small fire pit but we loved being able to hang out up there and grill. Lots of stairs but the view is worth it! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being so accommodating!

Perfect house for groups

This property was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We traveled to Nashville for my 40th birthday with a group of 7 and never had an issue. The house is huge, with the 4 bedrooms, 2 of them having multiple beds, which makes for plenty of sleeping space. Each room has its own bathroom which is a plus for groups. Decor was very modern and the house was very clean. The rooftop is the cherry on top!

Great for big groups!

We were here for a surprise party and the property was huge for our group with enough space to spread out. It was close enough to everything we needed and even had this handy van phone number to get everyone escorted around easily. Would recommend- we wish we could have used the roof more, but it rained the weekend we were there.

Christmas in Nashville

This was a nice property. Alex was an excellent host and very responsive. However, there are a few things that need replacing in the unit. The replacements items should include the couch, comforters on some of the beds, front door may need some type of blinds/weather stripping replaced as the draft coming from outdoors was very cold and the pots and pans for cooking where the inside of the pans were too scratched for cooking, causing your food to stick. Also, the unit should be sprayed as there were lady bugs in the bathroom shower window in the room on the level with the kitchen. I sprayed with raid and it killed them, but they started to appear the night before we checked out on Tuesday. One ding was the sheets on the bunk beds located downstairs in the room closest to the garage. The sheets and comforter were dirty and stained like they had not been changed before we arrived. I had to cover the sheets on beds with sheets that were in the dryer that had already been washed so that the bed could be slept in and this room was very cold at night. Overall, this was a nice property and I would highly recommend if you are in the Nashville area.
