Middle Tennessee State University, great dining, night life, sports complexes, hospitals, and historical sites are ALL within 3-5 minutes of this quiet apartment located in a safe residential area.

We enjoyed our time. The house is very close to MTSU which is exactly what we needed. Jeff sent us a list of great places to eat and visit, and we were very happy with everything he suggested. There is so much good food around Murfreesboro, take Jeff's advice and go to all the local restaurants! Our stay was quiet and peaceful and we would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

This apartment was well-stocked, clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. I also loved the rock and roll theme! I visit Murfreesboro a couple times a year and would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and great location. Very accessible to most shops and restaurants. The only negative would be the beds (need box spring) makes a lot of noise when you move and the people upstairs from us were stomping around a little too loud. Other than that - great host and great place.

We had such a great stay here. House was clean and fresh! Loved having the extra room and spaces you can’t get at a hotel, and since there was a washer and dryer, I hardly had any clothes to wash when I got home! Jeff was great to deal with! Will definitely stay here if we are in the area again!

Everything was great, no issues. It fit me, my husband, and our 18 year old son perfectly. The location was great, easy to get to and from. We had activities in Murfreesboro and Nashville, and it's about a 40 minute drive to Nashville. Thank you, Jeff! activities

The house was very nice and clean, the host was also very nice with replies. the neighborhood was very quiet. if i ever come back i will be staying there again!

The place is exactly whats in the pictures. Small, cozy. Perfect place for the family. There's records of mixed music that we played while we were there. Small little hiccup during our stay and Jeff showed up!

Jeff was very friendly and helpful when my VRBO app wasn't working and I wasn't receiving needed information. The property is very clean, but minimally stocked. (We ran out of toilet paper) There is an upstairs unit, so the guest upstairs dictated the quietness. I

House was very clean and cute.. there were enough towels, and a keurig. We didnt cook there so not sure how stocked kitchen was with pots/pans. Etc . Black out curtains in bedroom was nice, and beds were very comfortable. It took us atleast 40 minutes to get to nashville. Its not the mileage but the traffic. Lots of stores, restaurants, and a playground all pretty near by to the house. We had ihop door dashed in one morning. Would definitely rent again and would recommend. Super easy check in, very good communication.
