Quaint and charming cottage on 10 beautiful acres! Enjoy peace and country life!

Charming and quaint cottage centrally located near historic Franklin, Arrington Vineyards, Nashville, and Brentwood. Sit back and relax in this calm and stylish space while watching turkey and deer roam on 10 beautiful acres on a quiet dead-end street. Also, enjoy watching the stars and fireflies by the outdoor fireplace or fire pit. The property adjoins other farmland where you will find peace and tranquility. Great for a romantic getaway, a songwriter's retreat, or weddings or events. With prior notice, personalized services can be provided (additional fee).

The cottage is approximately 1500 sq ft. The main part of the cottage is an open concept, with a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and a half bath. The cottage offers one bedroom with an en-suite bath that includes a walk-in shower, clawfoot tub, and laundry area (washer and dryer).

Guests will occupy the entire cottage and are welcome to walk around the property. Enjoy the cross and church pews for a quiet moment, and feel free to play with the dogs (Sage, Whistler, and Aspen). **Please note that the cottage is located directly next to the owner's residence. Guests and owner's share the same driveway, firepit, and two patios; please see photos.

The cottage is located 15 miles from Nashville, 20 miles from Murfreesboro, 10 miles from downtown historic Franklin, and 6 miles from Arrington Vineyards and historic Nolensville.

If a dedicated workspace is needed, please let the host know at the time of booking. A dedicated workspace can be accommodated.

Host lives directly next door to the cottage and can be contacted via VRBO or text.

Events such as family gatherings, birthday parties, showers, weddings, and video production are allowed. However, there is a fee for events; the fee is in addition to the lodging rate. For events inside the cottage, there is a maximum capacity of 15 people. For larger events (up to 30 people), the event must be held outdoors. Please plan for inclement weather, as outdoor events are not allowed to be moved inside the cottage. Please contact the host for event fee pricing and other questions.

A special cottage experience!

This little heavenly cottage was the home away from home that we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we entered the cottage, we were in love with it. From the beautifully appointed furnishings, to the sweet treats that waited our arrival the entire experience was exceptional. We are planning a return visit soon.

Cozy Wedding Getaway

My husband and I booked this VRBO for our wedding night and weekend. It was positively amazing. We walked into the VRBO after our wedding late at night and saw a beautiful display of “Mr. & Mrs.” Alongside a beautifully plated WEDDING CAKE and a rose petal heart with tea lights on the bed! Absolutely floored. That was so special. The VRBO itself was immaculate. The little touches such as fresh baked goods, coffees and teas, half and half, fresh juices, and snacks set out were an additional welcome surprise. The property itself is magical, tucked away in the country with multiple areas to enjoy the scenery on an artfully landscaped patio or the multiple porches. Excellent location too - far enough from the “noise” that you can breathe but still only a short drive to amenities and shops around Franklin/going into Nashville. Can’t recommend enough.This has set a new high bar for any VRBO I’ve stayed at.

Lovely stay

My husband & I had a wonderful 2 night birthday getaway at the cottage. Deb & Scott welcomed us with open arms. Fresh flowers, snacks, pastries, and even a birthday cake awaited us when we checked in. The property was just beautiful, inside & out. It was everything we hoped for and more. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely gorgeous cottage!

Wow! We can’t say enough about the cottage. The owner had every little detail just right. She was very accommodating with every aspect of our trip. The cottage has everything you need to have a great and romantic time. Where it’s located is very secluded. We will be back for sure fie a much longer time.

Quiet Anniversary Get-Away

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. We primarily wanted a place that was quiet and secluded so we didn't have to go anywhere if we didn't want to. This place fit the bill. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make the meals we wanted. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the porch swing was a real hit. Will book again if/when we come back to the area.

Relaxing retreat

I’m a season ticket holder for the Predators hockey team, but I get weary of the downtown Nashville scene. This location is so peaceful, yet convenient for Uber and DoorDash. Deb is an excellent host who really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The snacks and drinks she left were delicious and the fresh flowers throughout the home were a really nice touch. Deb is also very quick to respond to any questions and was easy to communicate with. Honey’s Cottage is absolutely beautiful! Its charming decor with high end finishes makes it stand out from other rentals I’ve used in the past. The bedding is dreamy soft & comfortable and all the complimentary toiletries were appreciated. I saw turkeys in the pasture one morning and enjoyed my visits from the little dog, Sage. I was very impressed by my stay here and will definitely be booking again soon!

Peak into Heaven

What a beautiful Cottage and property. Deb was so kind and gracious during our stay, and provided us with home comforts and snacks. R&R Long Weekend

What a gem!

Beautifully decorated as an homage to the American farmhouse, using many repurposed items from the host’s family farm. Great location in the quiet country, yet only minutes from Franklin and Nashville. Our hosts Deb and Scott made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. A beautiful weekend

The cottage looked like something out of a magazine. Absolutely beautifully decorated and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Deb went above and beyond to make sure our event and weekend was perfect.
