Whether you're seeking relaxation or a little friendly competition, this space has it all for a memorable stay only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville!

Our Suite offers unbeatable value for the price, with spacious, well-equipped rooms that make you feel right at home. You’ll enjoy all the comforts you need—whether it's a cozy living space, fully stocked amenities, or convenient location—at a fraction of what you'd pay closer to downtown We pride ourselves on offering a warm, welcoming environment, and we go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need for a memorable stay. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, affordability, and a personal touch!

We are 20 mins to downtown Nashville and 15 mins to the airport (BNA) and Opryland with local restaurants, sightseeing and parks nearby!

We offer keyless entry and contactless service. The suite is closed off from the rest of the house, ensuring guests will enjoy complete privacy.

We are a completely smoke / vape free property (including the outside patio!)

Luxurious Master Bedroom
Drift off to a peaceful sleep in a cozy, king-sized bed adorned with silky sheets and plush feather pillows that rival a 5- Star hotel! The master bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with lamps that have USB ports, an aromatic diffuser, a white noise machine, and a 32" flat screen TV with free YouTube TV. The large walk-in closet is stocked with 2 luggage racks, hangers, shoe rack, clothes hamper and a first aid kit. From the master bedroom, guests can step directly outside to a secluded back patio where they can soak in the sunshine, sip their morning coffee, and listen to the sweet sound of songbirds and other local wildlife.

Executive Master Bathroom
This spacious bathroom is stocked with lavish beauty/personal care toiletries as well as a makeup mirror and towel, hairdryer, and 100% cotton Hotel Collection towels. The executive shower features an indulgent rainfall shower head. This bathroom is also equipped with a washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board.

Accommodating Living Room
The engaging living room invites you to enjoy a game of a pool or board games, unwind with your favorite movie on a 50" flat screen TV with complimentary movies/shows, or melt your stress away in a premium Brookstone full-body reclining massage chair. The larger sofa can be converted into a queen-sized bed to accommodate two people, and is endowed with a memory foam mattress and the same luxury bedding as the master bedroom.

Bright Kitchenette
In this warm and bright kitchenette, guests can delight in a generous beverage bar that offers a wide selection of flavored coffees and teas. This kitchen boasts of the necessities to make guests feel right at home: a Keurig coffee machine, Instantpot, microwave, blender, toaster, wine and water glasses, refrigerator with ice machine, utensils and dishes.

Secluded Patio
The beautiful, exclusive patio is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence, offering guests a hidden oasis to relax and reconnect. A patio table with an umbrella invites you to enjoy your meal outside. Right off the patio is an exclusive guest parking space directly outside the main entrance to the suite.

The guest suite is equipped with technology including a Smart Lock keypad and high-speed WiFi.

***Please note that the host family (including three children) live in the house upstairs, so you may hear some playful noise from time to time. Think of it as a little extra life and energy in the house! We hope it adds to the cheerful atmosphere of your stay. There is rarely a big disturbance because we are very conscientious of noise, but if you are looking for a silent retreat this will not be the best fit for you!

Also, since the property is only 15 minutes away from the airport, it’s possible that you may occasionally hear planes flying overhead. Occasionally our neighbors will play marachi music, although my husband will usually walk over and ask them to turn it down !***

Weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and convenient. It felt very private and peaceful, close to all the attractions in Nashville but far enough away to provide a quiet atmosphere.

Cozy

It’s a very nice cozy little apartment. Perfect for the two of us. Only a few issues. One definitely the smell and dampness feeling. Toilet runs longer than it should. And I had to manually flush a time or two. Though they mention in listing they have children upstairs. I will say, it’s not for everyone. However we had a great time and felt very safe and comfortable.

Great home vibe!

I loved this nice little get a way book. Close to everything. I was staying by myself and feet very safe. The children were not an issue. I never knew when the host and family were coming or going. So clean, new look, felt like I was staying at home in a private suite. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you guys for helping me have a wonderful weekend getaway perfect

Golf trip

This location is convenient and the place was very clean and just as pictured. After a day of golf, the massage chair was very popular! We enjoyed playing pool for entertainment too.You will rest well here!Host is top notch in communicating.Thanks for hosting us!

We ended up not staying. I did not read the description fully. Upon walking in, we immediately heard footsteps from upstairs. And there was a very odd smell that hit you at the door. Unfortunately, that was not the location for us. We did not stay and lost money

Made our trip WONDERFUL

This property is about 10 minutes from the airport, 15 to Broadway. Perfect "just out of town" location. 40/round trip to Lyft, etc.The property is GORGEOUS! Very quaint and the hosts thought of everything a traveler may need. We will DEFINITELY use this property again when we're in town!The family is adorable. They are friendly and we didn't hear much noise, some slight foot steps, but we slept wonderfully. Again, this retreat space made our trip great!! Use war

Quick stop on the way to FL

My wife and i had an opportunity to stay here on our drive to Ft Lauderdale. The unit is super cute and is laid out very spaciuosly. My wife requires a walker to get around and she had no issues accessing each area of the unit.I would recommend this unit for those needing a homebase while in Nashville/ Hermitage. I

A Nice Little Hideaway

I stayed for two nights, both of which were very comfortable. The bed reminded me of a hotel bed, a good thing in my opinion; my back liked it, too. Amenities included coffee and fixings, kitchen wares, and a variety of bathroom, shower, and kitchen soaps. The location was perfect for my needs, and it's also easy to reach.

Perfect Getaway !

We absolutely loved being close to everything but not in the city. We were in town for the NWTF GNCC at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. The unit was exactly as described and the only thing we needed was our clothes. Our hosts thought of everything! We will definitely stay again!

First time in Nashville!

This was my first time going to Nashville! It was my first solo trip and I wanted it to be special. As a 20 year old girl, I want to be adventurous and wonder around, which I did. It was so nice after a day of walking the city by myself to come “home” and feel super safe! The home is absolutely lovely. You can tell how much love and effort they have put into this temporary home. The hosts are amazing and communicate extremely well. If you are looking for a safe, warm, cozy place to stay I highly recommend this place.

The entire stay here was just awesome! They were both very friendly and kind making sure I had everything I needed and making sure overall I was good as it was my first time out there. Their communication exceeded my expectations and all I can say is that I have a lot a gratitude for them. I would definitely rent out their space any time I go back out there. Awesome for 2 people! clean and inviting! Host was friendly and helpful!

This place was great for two people! Easy to Grand ole Opry and downtown On Broadway! Place was immaculate and loved the shower ! we didn’t use pool table or massage chair due to budgeting our time , but they looked nice! I sat outside and got some sun and watched the airplanes fly over!! Didn’t use the fire pit because we were tired after day of exploring. maybe next time! weather was perfect fall temps and sunshine! we recommend this guest suite and will book again! the hosts live upstairs with 3 kids, 5,3,and 6mon ! They were not too loud for us! When Chrissy cooked it smelled wonderful! we thought about asking for left overs,LOL!!!

The luxurious king suite is a very accurate description. It was full of little details that made it seem like home and more! There were treats to eat, post cards to mail and even a word search in the bathroom. Only 20 min to the Opry and about 30 min to downtown. Great quiet location.

Great little place

The place is cute and had more than what we needed nor expected. Very clean, organized and overall it was just an easy, relaxing and worry free stay! Chrissy is awesome! Communicative and simply put, kind. Only one little thing, perhaps adding a handrail of sorts in the shower would be great.
