The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with an open floor plan. Plus, there are four rocking chairs on the front porch, a dining table for 6 on the large patio, and a wine refrigerator in the kitchen.


This luxurious Nashville home is the perfect place to relax and explore Music City. The home is located in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, just steps from hot spots like Hattie B's, Zanies Comedy Club, and The Urban Juicer. It's also a short Uber ride to Downtown Nashville.


This two-story home features gorgeous modern and high-end finishes throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook a delicious meal, including a wine refrigerator. The living area is spacious and inviting, with a large fireplace and a smart TV. The open floor plan creates a sense of airiness and makes the space feel even larger.

This house was perfect for 4 couple’s get away weekend. The location is great for walking to 12 Ave S shopping & a quick Uber ride from Broadway. The house was clean & comfortable. Lynda was super responsive & helpful. We had a great stay- we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful house

Myself and 8 people were visiting Nashville for the first time for a 30th birthday celebration. The house was just like the pictures. There was plenty of room for everyone, layout was great, and perfect location close to everything. Lynda, our host, was exceptional. She accommodated our travel arrangements nicely and was easy to communicate with. 10/10.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Our extended family spent a weekend in Nashville for a family event - the house perfectly fit two children and six adults. The home is well appointed and maintained-feels almost new! The beds are very comfortable and most had flat screen televisions for personal use. The owner was very welcoming and attentive to our questions. The grocery store is literally a block away, making it easy to stock up what we needed. I would recommend staying here and hope to visit again !

This home was beautiful and so clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. There was plenty of parking space also. We were a group of 11 women in town for a concert and had plenty of room, and truly enjoyed our stay here.

The house is exactly as pictured; there is ample sleeping space, clean and large bathrooms, and a nice kitchen and living area. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, but relatively hilly so may difficult for some individuals to traverse on foot. Overall, we loved our stay!

Wonderful House and Location

The house was very clean, exactly as pictured and included very comfortable beds. The location is perfect - only a few minutes from Vanderbilt, downtown and other fun neighborhoods. Publix grocery store is within walking distance and made it very easy to grab food or last-minute items. The owner was very nice and extremely responsive. I can't recommend this house enough.

Great house!! No more than 15 minutes from everything!!

Hey there, we had a wonderful wonderful time at the house! There was 10 of us and we felt like we had plenty of room! It was clean and the kitchen was pretty well equipped! Super convenient that there’s a Publix grocery store less than a minute ride away! If you want to go to Broadway for some music and dancing, it’s an eight dollar Uber ride away,which is great!! Would definitely stay again, the bunk room is great for the young adults and teens.

10 of us (5 couples) stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect. The house was just as described in the description. the house had everything we needed and the beds were all very comfortable. The location was great with cheap Uber rides downtown or airport. I would also recommend the Mexican place to eat which is only a short walk away. We had a great time and would definitely suggest staying here if your travelling to Nashville!

Great house for groups!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party with a group of twelve and the house was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again :) Only thing was the trundle beds in the bunk room don’t really pull out, it seems they get stuck on the carpet. We didn’t need to use them so it wasn’t a big deal but if you’re counting on them, I wouldn’t!

The propeety was nice and well maintained. Immediately located a vomit stay on a rug in the upstairs bedroom. Communicarion with owner was great via txt and calls but issues qith the Vrbo app. All ubers, neighbors, and security informed us of the neighborhood and issues ir comes with. Overall enjoyed my stay and would book again.
