Brand new construction in one of Nashville's HOTTEST neighborhoods, Woodbine. PRIVATE, PRIVATE, PRIVATE. Home is the last house on a dead end and quiet street. The property has a fantastic size lot for a home in the city! It is completely fenced in and gated, giving you and your guests complete security and privacy with plenty of room to roam. Entertainer's dream both inside and out! Parking for up to 5 vehicles within the gated and private space. Additional street parking is available.

Nice home.

Home was nice. Very roomy and sparkling clean. Very well stocked with necessities. Short drive to Broadway.Enjoyed the front porch in the mornings when drinking our coffee.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay in Nashville. The home is very close to downtown. The house itself was awesome, especially the master bedroom with ensuite. Would return again for sure!

Amazing place to stay

We were pleased with the place. Had enough room for the six of us. We found everything in the kitchen necessary for our meals. We brought our own BBQ so we can cook outside. Didn't seem to have one at the place. Overall we would go back.

Big yard & secluded

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for some seclusion and near downtown. I stayed here for my wedding and 6 of us were comfortable. The kitchen is lovely, open space and island with a good size table. The rooms are big and have a lot of room. Master doesn't have a closet (owners keep it locked) and there isn't much closet space otherwise. There is a closet in the guest rooms and coat closet in between the guest rooms, but not convenient for someone in the master when they are trying to get ready. I'd suggest planning on bringing a rack to hang clothes or bring clothes that don't wrinkle. Bathrooms are nice. The guest bathroom has a loud noise, pretty sure it's the hot water heater (owners probably fixed that since I've been there). The back yard is HUGE! Make sure to bring some citronella candles and bug spray though, you WILL need it. Lastly, since it was just the girls we felt weary about the openness of the backyard. The neighbors across the fence can see directly down to the back porch making us slightly uncomfortable. We could see a camera from the neighbors house and saw them looking at us from their window. Just something I think folks should keep in mind if you're looking for 100% privacy. This place was great for the distance to downtown (uber rode was $12-16) also. Overall, lovely place to stay and the owner was quick to respond with anything we needed.

Nice and Convenient

We had a great time at the property. It's been recently updated and it's nicely appointed. It's got plenty of space for a family of 4 or 2 or 3 couples, and it's very convenient to downtown as well as south Nashville. The property owner was very responsive and was able to help with a late checkout request for some of our party that had a later flight on checkout day. The neighborhood seems halfway sketchy but we followed the suggestions about parking in the gated area and keeping valuables out of the vehicle and we never had any issues at all. Overall, would recommend and would come back and stay again!

Jeff was terrific host. Used house as a base for whiskey touring and general Nashville experience. Excellent proximity to airport. Will recommend.

“AWESOME”

If your looking for something close to downtown in a good neighborhood with an open floor plan and a great back deck to relax on in the evening this is it!!! The house is spotless! Huge couch in the living room, perfect for 3 couples! We are pretty picky and would choose this house in the future. Every bit as clean as the million dollar condo I rented 6 weeks ago in Key West! Thanks for letting us enjoy your Nashville treasure Jeff!!

Fantastic house!

Perfect location if you want to be able to see downtown Nashville and also do day trips outside of town. Easy Uber ride to all of the downtown locations and easy access to highways for touring the sites near Nashville.

Great Nashville Getaway

This property is centrally located and a quick drive to everything the city has to offer. Adorable house with all the amenities you need. House was very clean and felt like a home away from home! Only downside is the interstate is very close so heavy traffic noise can be heard all day and night. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in Every Way

Our weeklong stay at this property was perfect in every way. The property owners/managers were excellent at communicating leading up to our trip and during the stay. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and checked in after the first night to make sure we were happy with our experience. We arrived at the house to find an incredibly clean and welcoming environment. They had roses on the coffee table, toilet paper flowers in the bathrooms, and plenty of kcups in the kitchen. There were a number of small details that made the stay special! The location was perfect for the touristy things we wanted to do! We were nearby everything on my list: Farmer’s Market, State Museum, Zoo, Parthenon, Forts, Downtown, Opry, General Jackson Steamboat, and more!!! We even spent the evenings catching lightning bugs and watching the bunny with our three year old in the spacious yard. This stay was simply perfect!!!

Perfect rental house

We loved this home, adorable inside and out! Great location to get anywhere you want including downtown. The porch was a great spot for mornings, summer rains, evenings. Inside is comfy, spacious, clean and modern. I wish this home could be in every city I vaca in!

Nashville

If you have to be in Nashville for work or play, you will not find a better place on the south side of town to stay. The house and yard are private, conveniently located, well maintained with a nicely appointed kitchen and a TV in every room. Jeff is a fantastic landlord and very helpful with local information when needed. I will definitely be staying here again when working in Nashville.

Fantastic Find a short ways from Nashville

Just a group of young professionals from around the world coming to the same consensus, this place is great! Seamless check-in, Jeff is a good guy with patience and the property has a patio, privacy, is spotless and spacious!

Fantastic!!

Such a beautiful home that has been remodeled! Property owner was polite, professional, and courteous to all of our questions. House was immaculate with security system and gated drive. Neighborhood is a little rough we thought upon arrival, but we did not see or hear from any neighbors and it was a quiet dead end road. Was actually nice to be away from the chaos of Nashville when it was time to relax. A short drive to Broadway. Uber averaged $14.00 one way trip. Last day we found that you can park downtown in public parking for $15.00 for the full day and night so driving yourself is also an option. A must in Nashville is lunch at Party Fowl for hot chicken and booze slushees and Bakersfield Tacos downtown for the best tacos and margaritas! Highly recommend renting this house! We will definitely book this house again for our next Nashville trip! Thanks, Jeff!
