This property offers a peaceful setting on 13 acres where you can enjoy watching wildlife, playing in the creek, fishing, floating or canoeing the Harpeth River on the property, or having a quaint bonfire with friends! This property offers so much while being so close to all Franklin and Nashville have to offer. 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Franklin. Come visit this peaceful setting while exploring all Nashville has to offer! You may even receive a visit from our friendly outdoor cat, Maddie!

It was the most relaxing place to stay while attending a wedding in Franklin. We spent most of our time on the porch catching up with family. Will book again!

The place was Wonderful! Just what we were looking for! We loved the deer, chickens and even the sweet cat that came to visit for a few. Beautiful serene covered back porch to sit and look out at all the trees and wooded area. Inside was very clean and had all the amenities! We look forward to going back when we get a chance!

Close enough to shopping, but a tranquil setting for sure!!! The home is comfortable, and as advertised, and the forest setting provides an occasional deer. Covered parking immediately adjacent to porch entrance. House is well equipped.

My husband and I came in for a cycling trip and we were not disappointed with our stay. Andrew was a wonderful host and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and felt like home. The shower was a highlight along with how comfortable the bed was. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and covered deck. Maddie the cat was the sweetest and visited us every chance she got. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Perfect getaway

A great location and perfect set up for a couples weekend! Really liked feeling secluded, but close to all the things. Really enjoyed Franklin and Liepers Fork area.

This was our second stay at this property, and it never disappoints. We love the location, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the hosts, and their adorable cat (Maddie). We will always choose this home when we come to Nashville/Franklin. The home is super clean, the property is peaceful and relaxing, and the different animals make it memorable. There is so much to do at the home: relax on the porch, curl up inside with Netflix, grill out, enjoy the Harpeth River, play with Maddie, or just explore. We are already anticipating our next trip. The hosts are the best too! Super friendly, responsive, and fun to chat with!

Perfect getaway

Stay at this place if you are ever in Franklin, Tennessee!!! It’s gorgeous and just a short drive to downtown Franklin and the First Bank amphitheater. We will definitely stay here again.
