  • Esta nueva y moderna casa adosada es el hogar perfecto para el entretenimiento. Los grupos interesados en viajar juntos apreciarán tanto el plano de planta abierto y luminoso en el nivel principal, como el espacio personal que se ofrece en cada suite.

    Todo el piso superior consta de dos grandes suites king: una con ducha a ras de suelo, doble lavabo, televisión y amplificador; vestidor; El segundo con combinación de ducha / bañera y amplio placard. La planta baja es un dormitorio privado con una reina.

The host was wonderful. Left great instructions on how to take care of the property and follow up. Place was very clean and as advertised. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the layout, comfy beds, hot showers. We were close to Opryland and we went there daily.

The property was clean and comfortable. Great location, within minutes to downtown Nashville. Host responded quickly to my queries and was accommodating.

The townhouse was great. It was easy to Uber to Broadway and had everything we needed. James was attentive and easy to reach. House was clean and updated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property. Be prepared for lots of stairs! It had anything we needed for our week long stay. It is on a busier road so you can hear a lot but it wasnt a problem for us.

Girls Trip 2024

We found the rental clean and we felt safe at all times. The location was perfect if you want to be near the action without the cost of staying down on Broadway. The amenities were great. First rental where there was an abundance towels and wash clothes! The host was very responsive. Great place for a girls weekend or a family get away.

Nice place and great location.

The condo was nice and clean. I enjoyed the firm bed in the master. The size of the bathroom was nice as well. Large kitchen and living room. Only a 15 minute Uber to Broadway. An area in transformation in a positive way. Would stay there again.

Great property. Met all expectations. Easy to get to. Close to attractions by car or ride. Prompt communication with property manager. Thanks for having sundry items like dish soap, laundry pods... Really makes a trip easier. Area felt safe to be in.

Emma’s Wedding

Very nice condo. Clear and easy to get around. A few things to note. While there are three bedrooms only the master has a T.V. In all honesty they are so inexpensive it doesn’t make sense. The master only had one nightstand, There’s room for two, that would be nice. Little things can make a difference.

Trinity lane

House was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. Lots of stairs and levels. The neighborhood was not nice at all. We heard sirens every night. We did not feel comfortable walking outside.

Birthday party

We had a great time. First time to Nashville. It was very easy to find our way back and forth from different destinations. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home and super responsive host but high uber costs

We loved this house. It had plenty of space for a girls trip with large closets, big bathrooms, and great hang out space. Kitchen was big and had a great island with bar stools for drinks before going out. The kitchen was well stocked with cups and plates and anything you could need. When we arrived there were no dishwasher pods left but I texted the host who was really responsive and dropped them off before the end of the day. Living room was a great hang out space. The tv was easy to connect our own Spotify which made music simple for anyone to play. We took a lot of photos to the left of the tv. The lighting was best there! There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The washer and dryer were great to have when our towels needed a quick refresh. Overall the house was awesome! The only complaint is the uber prices to this area. Yes it’s only like 10-15 minutes to broadway and downtown if you have a good uber, but the cost of the ubers, Lyfts, and taxis was so much higher than I expected. Sometimes it was upwards of $70 to get to or from broadway. One evening it was $115 from broadway back! There are things close to the house but it wasn’t anything super awesome. It was basically a dollar store and a coffee shop in walking distance. We didn’t venture much more that way other than those two places. Going out spots, brunch spots and shopping definitely require a drive!

Overall reasonable stay. But would call out the following in the summarized comments.

Ants on our honey when we left out overnight. Bottom room bed is very squeaky. Parking for two cars is too tight. Poor trash can setup in master bathroom. Could have used some dish towels. The availability of kitchen amenities was so so.

The perfect stay

3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms accommodated 5 women for a 3 day conference beautifully! Property management was immediately responsive to our requests.

Nashville

The property was as described and the property manager was responsive. The property was clean and minutes away from downtown Nashville and the local colleges. The only downside was just one bedroom has a tv. There was however a tv in the living room.
