If you love bright blue skies, pink walls with tall ceilings, and the best skyline view you’ll find at any Nashville rental, then the Dreamy Penthouse is the luxury loft of your dreams. This two-story penthouse features abundant open space for large groups and private events, both indoors—with an open layout and 20 ft. tall ceilings—and outdoors, with a wrap-around balcony that offers breathtaking views of downtown Nashville. The immense balcony is ideal for cocktail parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, or yoga and pilates classes. We even provide the yoga mats!
With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 4 beds, the Dreamy Penthouse is ready to host groups up to 8, who will each have plenty of room to stretch out across the expansive living room, the spacious bedrooms, the open and fully-equipped kitchen, or the ample seating options, with cozy chairs and couches located throughout the kitchen, balcony, living room, and upstairs vanity room. Topped off with decorations from Nashville-based artists and massive windows that offer lush natural light, this luxurious penthouse is an undeniable gem.
Right around the corner, you’ll find fun at Bad Axe Throwing, incredible city views from Fogg Street’s rooftop, delicious local beer at Tennessee Brew Works, live music at the Blue Room, intimate ambiance at the Blind Barber speakeasy, or tasty Bloody Marys at Two Hands! And the Dreamy Penthouse is walking distance from downtown (about 12 minutes), giving you safe and easy access to Broadway’s infamous row of bars and music venues.
★ Two-Story Penthouse: Enjoy a second floor with an additional bedroom, bathroom, vanity room, and private balcony. ★ Bedroom 1 (Lower Level): Queen-size bed with vanity space, ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub, and access to a private balcony. ★ Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Two queen-size beds with a stunning view of Nashville’s infamous Batman tower and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. ★ Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen-size bed with a smart TV and a full bathroom with shower-tub. ★ The sofa bed was removed and replaced with a rollaway bed ★ In-unit laundry room with washer/dryer set, pool towels, umbrellas, and pool tote bags.
This condo is located on the top floor of the 6-story Hyve building. At Hyve, you can enjoy the comforts of a luxury condo and its amenities – concierge, security presence, a seasonal pool, a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym, a co-working space, and more – while being positioned only four blocks away from Broadway. IMPORTANT DETAILS
🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units. Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.
🅿️ The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.
🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before your stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.
👮♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.
🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.
The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.
📍 The Hyve building is centrally located. While the building features excellent soundproofing, some noises may be audible, such as other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction. Earplugs are provided, and the building observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

🧴 Supplies are provided, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.
✶This building is centrally located. While it features excellent soundproofing, some noise from other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction are often audible. Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

*We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability. Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement: - We do not allow pets in this unit - This is a smoke-free environment - For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM - Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM. - Parking is on a first come first served basis in the garage, and limited to 32 spaces. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood. - Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. - No parties or events allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt - For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply - Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue. - No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time - Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay. - For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property. - For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement. - Add-on services are available for purchase after booking with third parties. Third-party services not affiliated with the property manager or the owner. The Property Owner or the Manager cannot be held responsible if any issue arises with a third party.
* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.
*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.

We took our three kids for a couple hockey games and the opry over spring break. Great location, easy walk to Broadway and good restaurants, but quieter than being right on broadway. Clean, easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Dreamy Penthouse was amazing! The unit was beautiful with lots of space and very clean. The outdoor balcony area was very spacious and inviting as well! The host and those I talked to (Melissa, Trish & Ann) were extremely communicative, responsive and accommodating of our questions and requests. We came into town for the Journey concert and some site seeing and being that we had never been before, the host also provided some very helpful information and recommendations. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
