After a fun day out exploring Nashville, come back to relax in this quiet, spacious, comfy condo. Although parking is free, you don't need a car for this condo. Many things are within walking distance as we are located in downtown Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

I was worried about the main door being a little loose when we first arrived, but the property owner ensured us it was okay and safe, once locked there was also a camera at the front door. When I first arrived my sister and I were a little confused about the check in and how to retrieve the parking passes. When I first got to the front entry I noticed a combination lock on the side, but it looked to be old, however it displayed the lock code for the front door, I changed it to all zero and closed it. We did not really use much in the kitchen beside the sink and fridge. I appreciated that there was a wall mirror leaning as well to check my outfits! I sat out at night on the patio once. Any damage I noticed when I first checked in, I let the property owner also know as well to avoid any extra charges. The location for us was great and we were able to get in the gated parking each time. When we walked toward Broadway, it took us straight down to Barstool Sports. We walked mostly everywhere unless it was a different city, Music Row or to the Grand Ole Opry.

Nashville Getaway

Weekend trip with our 12 yo Akita. We were searching forever for something with not a lot of stairs - hard with those hills. This condo was on the ground floor. To avoid climbing stairs we could use the gated parking remote to get in and out easily. The condo is on a busy street but with a sound machine on it wasn’t a concern. Our Akita is deaf so the continual fire engine sirens didn’t bother her. Easy trek to Broadway.

Vacation trip, 15 minute walk to downtown.

This was our first trip to Nashville. We enjoyed our stay overall. Secure gated parking. Pay attention to the owners instructions on operating the keypad on the door. Do not use the lock box on the wall. Condo is directly across from a fire station, but you can use the sleep/sound machine or fan located in the closet if needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Thank you!

Pearl Jam Event

We came to Nashville for Pearl Jam concerts. The location of the property was convenient to get to and was in walking distance to downtown. We were able to park within the gated area which was nice and our dogs had a nice grass area to visit. The condo was clean and stocked with essential items. We would stay here again. Communication was great!

Pleasantly perfect

Great location and just a short walk to broadway. Host was very easy to get a hold of if there were any questions. Condo was very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. Overall great experience.

Nice location

Condo in nice location. Easy walk to Broadway. Liked that property and parking was gated. Felt safe there. The condo was nice, comfortable, and clean. Property host very helpful and replied promptly when we had questions. We did have trouble sleeping due to the noise from traffic being so close to the bedroom windows. Would stay there again.

First time using Vrbo

First time using Vrbo and it was a great experience. Great location 12 minute walk from Broadway. We really appreciate the convenience and security of the parking in gated area. Place and location exactly as described. Had problem with keypad and host took care of problem in less than five minutes! Great communication. Will be booking again (if available) next time we travel through!!!

The property was very clean. Nice neighborhood. Only downfall was we had a lot of trouble with the keypad on both the gate and the door. But the property manager was very helpful. And overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Girls birthday trip

We just needed 1 night for me and a couple of girlfriends. The parking situation was ideal. It was fenced with a gate. It saved us money and made us feel safer. The place was clean, efficient and decorated nice. There's a firestation outside the window but we didn't hear it all night. I would definitely stay again

Great Location close to downtown

This little condo had a lot good features. Comfortable beds, coffee was great and the best feature was the Husk restaurant across the parking lot. However, check in with the door lock system was a bit challenging. If you are a light sleeper, the road noise could be an issue. All and all, the rental was good.

New Year’s Eve celebration

This property is in a very safe location and within walking distance of Broadway and the Tennessee Titan football stadium. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. I will stay in this location again.

Enjoyable Nashville stay....

We were in Nashville to attend a concert at the Ryman. We found this condo to be a safe, comfortable place to stay. It was very easily accessible from I40. Host communications were wonderful. VRBO description was spot on. We are 2 older ladies and found the walk downtown to be an easy stroll. Even coming back "uphill" was quite doable. Some difficulties with the TV sound and stations but we were not in Nashville to watch TV! First floor was nice but there is no view at all. We did welcome not having to walk up a flight or two of stairs and parking was easy and secure! A little bit of maintenance is needed as the tub is stained, bathroom needs some touch up paint and there were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets but we would definitely stay there again and have already talked about making the Ryman and this cute condo an annual event! Thanks for helping to make my 3rd Nashville visit and my SIL's 1st an enjoyable one!
