The unit was quite clean overall, but it is showing some wear and tear in places and needs some maintenance here and there. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the unit and communication with the host was good.

Booking this quaint little studio was the best thing we did! Perfect location to everything Nashville! We literally only used our car to drive to the Opry, otherwise everything was in walking distance! We felt very safe, parking was at our doorstep and it was gated. Everything was exactly as pictured and Casey was so helpful and attentive to our questions. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Casey was able to give us local recommendations too. We will definitely be back and stay here again! Oh, did I mention home comfy the bed was too?

This place is perfect if you’re wanting to walk to the downtown area and explore. I was in town for a concert at Bridgestone Arena, and it was about a 10-12 minute walk. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The host was very communicative and provided excellent detail about check in, parking, etc. I would totally stay here again. The only part that wasn’t great at no fault of the host was that it’s very close to a fire station, so we did hear a few fire trucks throughout the night. Again, that’s no fault of the host but something to keep in mind. 10/10!
