Large groups or families planning a trip to Nashville need look no further: the Centennial Quarters is a modern, spacious townhouse comprising four floors that feel like stepping into four different worlds, ideal for guests of all ages and conveniently located in the peaceful West End neighborhood. The Centennial Quarters features a retro arcade for the young or young at heart, a private balcony for delicious drinks and city sights, a luxurious living room primed for movie nights or board games, and numerous cozy couches, beds, and bathrooms. The house is walking distance to Centennial Park and the Parthenon while only a short drive from Vanderbilt, Belmont, downtown, and Broadway.

🎵 1st Floor: Living room, dining area, full bathroom, and access to one-car garage, including three couches, gas fireplace, smart TV, bar cart, and fully-equipped kitchen (spices, coffee and tea, pots and pans, glassware, etc.).
🎵 2nd Floor: Bedroom/game room hybrid including a retro arcade, foosball table, garage gate, and bunk beds.
🎵 3rd Floor: Includes two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and the laundry room. The first bedroom includes a king-size bed and smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a private balcony.
🎵 4th Floor: Primary bedroom with two queen-size beds, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and a free-standing bathtub.
Enjoy the luxury of a double shower in the stylish Avoca bathroom — it's a guest favorite!

We provide ample amenities, such as trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities will needed to be purchased by the guests.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what's already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.

LOCATION
West End is a residential, well-established neighborhood, adjacent to Midtown and Sylvan Park, near Vanderbilt, Belmont, Edgehill, Hillsboro Village, and Sylvan Park, and about an 8-minute drive to downtown & Broadway. The neighborhood is safe and quiet while only walking distance to tourist attractions such as the Parthenon plus many music venues and restaurants (Fable Lounge, the Local, Bricktop's).

1) Please note that a pre-checkin link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. During this process you will need to:
- Sign a rental agreement
-A $48 Damage Waiver will be charged. This is a non-refundable “peace of mind” fee that will give the Guest the peace of mind of not being charged a high fee for damages in the event of an accident that causes damages to the property. Guest will be covered for damages up to $1,500. If damages exceed $1,500, the card on file will be charged to cover anything above $1,500.
- Provide a picture ID
2) Pet policy: we accept up to one dog per reservation. We do not allow other pets. The pet fee is $100. It must be purchased while completing the pre check-in process
3) This is a smoke-free environment
4) For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
6) Please only use the parking garage that is dedicated to your unit.
7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
