Beautiful Luxury Home Near 12th South w/ Front Porch and Deck

This spacious and cozy home was completed in 2017. Classic Four Square design with all the modern features and finishes. It's in premium location just 1 mile from 12th South’s best area restaurants, 3 Miles to the Gulch, and a little over 4 miles to the “nightlife” downtown.... A quick Uber/Lyft away from most everything in Nashville. If you’re craving a Honky Tonk Night out on Broadway in Downtown , going to some of the best restaurants in Nashville in the Gulch or 12th South, walking to a park just around the corner, or perhaps visiting Music Row, checking out Vanderbilt or Belmont University, or going to a PREDS or TITANS game , this is your place to experience Nashville and relax.

This 4,000 square foot home is very roomy and comfortably sleeps 12. There is a large primary bedroom and guest room downstairs, as well as 3 BR's up in addition to built in bunks. The house includes two "hang out/TV" areas inside (downstairs and upstairs) as well as a dedicated dining room. The residence has 4 BR's , a Flex Room, and 4 Full Baths. There are 2 king sized beds, 4 queens, and 2 twin bunks.

This custom home is very well laid out, finishes are high end and the location is great. 10 -15 min from airport , 2 minutes away from great restaurants, and much more. Close to Green Hills, 12th South, 8th Ave., Downtown, Gulch, and Historic Franklin is 25 min way.

Great house; very very clean; beautiful decor; host was super responsive to our questions; the house accommodated our group of 5 couples extremely well. Minor minor comment regarding the 4 out of 5 on the “online representation” is that the photo used a wide angle lense so we didn’t recognize the house upon arrival. Not a big deal at all. Great find and would stay there again.

Graduation at Lipscomb

We found the property very comfortable for our extended family. The house was just perfect! The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and close to the university, restaurants in 12 South and music/bars in downtown. We all look forward to visiting again soon.

Exceptional on All Levels

This Belle Meade home is absolutely stunning, well maintained and exceptionally finished. This home checked all the boxes. The beds were comfortable, linens are good quality and the entire home was spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for a large group with enough bathrooms for all to be comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Grounds are well maintained. I have absolutely zero complaints and would stay again without a doubt!

Perfect Fit for Family Weekend

The property provided a great setup to allow our family to spread out, each kid having their own bedroom/bathroom with great hangout areas. Location is convenient to downtown, 12 South and local universities. House is in excellent condition and feels new inside. Everything you need to cook meals is onsite but local to great food scene as well. Shared driveway will mean you need someone with good parking skills for multiple cars but plenty of room for even our SUV and second sedan.

Incredible House!

The house was super clean, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The house is in a convenient, safe neighborhood. We had a wonderful time. The owner was quick to respond to questions and checkin and checkout was easy. The owner was able to even accommodate a special request. This is one of the best Vrbo rentals I have ever stayed in.

A group of 11 adults stayed at this wonderful home and we were all very impressed. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient. Mike was super responsive and accommodating. Great house

We were in town for a family wedding. As a party of 9 it's much easier and more comfortable for us to stay in an air B&B when possible. Booked the house months ago and was in awe at how pretty, clean and spacious the property was. It's about a mile from 12 south so easily walkable during our down time. I was attracted to the property for the amount of real bedrooms and bathrooms. Mike the property owner was accessible and responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and if I come back to Nashville I would love to stay here again!

Bachelorette Weekend

The house was stunning and much larger than the pictures showed. We were a group of 9 and could not have been more comfortable. The house was stocked well and we felt like we were at home! The location was perfect. A short drive or walk to 12 South and a very short drive to Broadway. I will stay here again when I am in Nashville.

Luxury rental at it's finest!!

We rented this home for our granddaughter's wedding weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect!! From the time you walk in and see the high ceilings and beautiful decor you notice that no detail is left undone. Everything was super-clean and it truly feels like a brand new home. All the well-appointed common areas are fun for group togetherness and the bedrooms are wonderful for privacy with beautiful bedding, walk-in closets, and adjoining luxury bathrooms. Mike was very quick to respond to every question before and during our stay. I can't recommend this place enough and give it an A+++++!!

Great stay at Music City Manor

This is one amazing property. Wonderful overall design with high end features throughout the house and it was exceptionally clean. We love the large spacious living room and kitchen area where my family gathered for visiting and meals. Everyone had plenty of room. The communication was excellent and responsive and Mike even bent over backwards to fill a request I had. The location is close to downtown and to the Greenhills area. I would give this listing only the highest reviews. If my family comes back to Nashville, I will definitely be looking to rent this home again.

Great House!

House was spacious, clean and had all of the upgrades. Master bedroom shower was amazing. Loved the open design for everyone to just hang out. Parking was tight with 2 full size pick ups and a standard sedan but manageable. Would definitely recommend!

Was nice to have a large house that the extended family could all stay in together for son's college graduation. Two bedrooms on the main floor was a plus for the grandparents. From booking to check in to check out, all went smoothly.

Our family gathered in Nashville for a wedding and this house was the perfect! Great location, porches to hang out on, quiet neighborhood and all the extras you would ever need. Highly recommend!!!

Nashville Weekend With Friends

This was a fantastic experience. Mikes property is fantastic. The property is 6 years old but it looks like we were the first people to stay in it. It’s so well kept it looks brand new. It’s conveniently located on the south side of town. We had 4 couples stay and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with everything we could ever need. There were nice seating areas with comfortable furniture both upstairs and downstairs where our group could gather. With the wonderful weather we had there was even a nice seating area on the front porch to enjoy the weather. It was easy to get Ubers in this neighborhood for trips downtown. I would definitely rent from Mike again.

Nice Nash Weekend

The house is beautiful and provides great areas for rest and relaxation with friends and family. I would not recommend cooking there however. The kitchen is poorly equipped for that, especially if you have a big group. There were only four plates for example. The location is great!!
