    Welcome to your Nashville home base! This 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse sleeps up to 12 and sits about 4 miles from downtown’s honky-tonks, dining, and live music.



    The Space:

    Settle into a comfortable, music-inspired townhouse designed for groups. With four private bedrooms (three with ensuites) and four full bathrooms, everyone has room to unwind and get ready for a night out. Each bedroom features a smart TV, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. A washer and dryer help you pack light, and garage parking keeps arrivals easy. The multi-level layout offers a practical, relaxed place to gather between adventures, with plenty of space to spread out when it’s time to recharge.

    Important Things to Note

    • Parking: Garage parking fits up to 2 compact vehicles only. Additional first-come street parking for 1–2 vehicles is typically available in front of the unit. No parking is permitted outside of the garage within the community; vehicles parked outside the garage are subject to towing. No extra parking beyond what’s described.

    • Stairs: This is a multi-level townhouse; stairs are required.

    • Security: A Ring camera is installed at the front door facing the entry and street. It records exterior activity only.

    • Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home.

    • Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are widely available and a convenient option for downtown so you can avoid parking.

    • Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

    • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

    • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

    • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Beautiful place, was clean and worked perfectly for our group of 6, and loved that all the rooms had their own private bathrooms. Had everything we needed and loved the quiet location.

Just so you guys don’t think I’m paid or a robot I will use some slang. It was a fire set up. Three floors everything was nice. I do think the walk in should be on the same floor as king bed. Also right in the middle of a lot of stuff. We loved it and it was lit.

Such a cute place! Stayed for a bachelorette party and it seemed like it was made for us. Clean rooms, less than 10 mins to Broadway, cute terrace. Easy rules to follow for check in and check out. Our only complaint was that there were a few lady bugs but that’s probably just the time of year.

This is our first friends trip with a total of 8 of us all together. We absolutely loved this property to the fullest, we loved the entire property in and out location didn’t bother us at all. Looking forward to another trip and definitely coming back to this property if available. Thank you Note. The only little issues were was that the living room had no blinds, multiple floors had trash in the trash can still and a couple of our towels were already dirty and the dishwasher had a bunch of dirty dishes that we ended up washing. But wouldn’t stop us from coming back again.

Perfect get away

My friends and I enjoyed everything about the Nash Bash! We loved the awesome, colorful decor throughout the place. We had plenty of room and had a great time! Just wish we could have stayed longer. An added plus is the lovely balcony. So fun to sit out there.

A great place for our group to stay while celebrating the bride to be! Fun decor, clean, plenty of space, and close to everything we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet but felt safe. Communication with the host was appropriate. No issues on our end at all (:

Girls trip

Absolutely loved the house…… the decor was adorable and there was lots of space for my crew! It was a quiet neighborhood and very close to where we needed to be. The only thing that I would comment on is the bunk beds on the 1st floor, definitely not made for an adult to get in and out of the top bunk! Otherwise absolutely loved it, would stay here again

Nashbash

Property was nice only 10-15 minute Uber to broadway. Not the nicest neighborhood but immediate surroundings are fine. No issues with property, everything worked as should just not the best cleaning job I’ve seen.

Nashty 50

The house is super cute and it accommodated my guests well. Uber was super easy to navigate around Nashville. The upstairs bathroom on the single queen suite drained slow and then stopped draining at all. Fortunately that happened at the end of the stay but the team was quick in response. The second floor bedroom had the lights from above the garage shining into it. It would be nice if there were black out curtains or the garage lights were simply turned off. If you can 't get in the garage with your car, you have to park on the street and it is very limited. Although two cars could easily fit in front of the garage. Not sure why that parking is forbidden. Unfortunately, our last night there, the cars on the street were broken into. Just something to be aware of. No fault of the rental company. Overall, it was a great stay and so much fun.

Spacious and beautiful home

It’s a nice location right off the highway and a quick drive to all the sites downtown and around Nashville. There was plenty of space for our two families, with the large kitchen and living room area and the 4 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop deck. It’s a perfect space for drinks or a meal.
