  • Summary:
    2 bedroom 2 bath duplex on single story. Home was just finished being fully remodeled , new comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, all updated bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and large covered patio with privacy fenced back yard.
    Home is managed by owner/property management company

    The Space:
    One story home with easy access with plenty of parking.

    This home is located just one mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, take a short walk to beautiful Pinkerton Park, down the street from Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun.

    Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. High speed Wifi, comfortable beds, all linens, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll paper towels included.
    *Fireplace is non functional

    Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience.

    Yard is fully fenced in the back and dogs are welcome, there are 2 dogs maximum, they must be crated if you are not there with them. You must disclose pets prior to stay and there is a $75 pet fee to be paid prior to check in..

The home met our needs with each bedroom having their own bathroom was idea when getting ready at the same time. The host was quick to get us coffee to use in kerig as well as bigger coffee pot. The outside space could use some help. Lawn was not mowed but we didn’t sit out there so it was ok.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was fenced and my pup loved how much room there was to run around. When we visit the area again, we will definitely book this house. Highly recommend!

Location was good with a nice park within walking distance. 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout was great. Good kitchen. No keurig pods as shown in pictures. Outdoor patio space would have been great but was very dirty with ripped chairs. Place would have been much nicer with a good deep cleaning. Worked for a 2 night stay.

Melissa was a great communicator. There were some boards off the fence owned by the neighbor and she had her handyman fix them right away. The inside had been cleaned, but the cleaners need to be checked up on. Outside hadnt been cleaned, as a previous review mentioned and the yard needed mowing. We cleaned outside so we could use the outside chairs and table.It is in a great location close to downtown Franklin, a little tlc and attention to detail would make it a great place.

Comfortable in great neighborhood!

We particularly like the fenced in backyard for our dog. And there is a wonderful park around the corner and easy walk. The property is comfortable in all the right places, including the bed. Everything was clean and made our stay quite comfortable.
