"The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it."

Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. "

"No coffee maker, no extra toilet paper, fan in bathroom was extremely loud, front desk staff spoke broken English, and they would not except my membership for points."

"I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean."

"The room was very clean. The linens were crisp white clean and plenty of pillows. The pillows were a bit puffy so I used my own... That's just preference. The room had a good size fridge, microwave and the coffee maker was one of those little once that look like a kuerig but you put in a small packet of coffee. I didn't use it. The bed was very comfortable not rock hard but not super soft. Water in the vending machine was a decent price, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was good the usual eggs,...

"We really missed having a coffee maker in the room. And breakfast was okay. If there is any way to get ALL hotels and motels to use a decent grade of facial tissues and toilet paper it would be awesome. The Interstate rest areas use a better grade in most cases. This is a very European feeling lodging, which is good if what you want is a great bed, good climate control in the rooms, and a gym."

"The room was clean , bed was comfy. Nice bathroom and shower. We did not use the pool but it appeared nice and well kept. Hot tub was under construction on our visit this time. Staff was helpful and available. Did not have breakfast so I can not comment. Only had coffee and it was good. Surrounding area very nice with restaurants and stores close by. Will stay again when in the area."
