"Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! "

"Caroline’s place was a cute apartment in a great location with all the amenities you could need. It’s a short walk to the beach, and Caroline was a great host even before we checked in. "

"Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!"

"Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. It is perfectly situated for views of the water. The back deck was a perfect location to take it all in. The cottage itself was beautifully renovated. We did some kayaking and biking. Located close to Block Island Ferry, beaches and some great seafood restaurants. We had an amazing trip."

"Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. "Excellent property with lots of room and parking. We were a little worried before the trip about road noise but it was very quiet with the windows shut. "

"The property is pretty banged up inside and the floors need to be cleaned better. It’s great for a family who probably would bang up a property. Air conditioning was great. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. "

"Had a wonderful time. Caroline was an amazing host. House is easy walk to beach and the beach cart and chairs provided were so helpful. Nice private ish yard and plenty of space to store outdoor beach stuff such as boards and chairs. This is a newer rental so we just recommend a few things such as outdoor table with umbrella, a privacy solution for the shower, and a few more kitchen items. Overall this is a wonderful beach house to rent for a long weekend! Thank you!"

"To be honest, we had an incredible time during our stay! The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything—great coffee spots, shopping, amazing restaurants, and the beach! The house itself has all the amenities you could ask for, including a ton of games, a gym, and a sauna. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this place is perfect. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay at this immaculate house in a perfect location. The house was in terrific condition, everything new and clean. It was super helpful that soaps, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, etc. were provided. Host was extremely responsive via text message when needed. Only very minor suggestions would be to include washcloths along with the provided towels, and also to provide a small guidebook for the house (what to do with trash/recycling and linens/towels at end of trip, where to...

"We had the best time here for fourth of July weekend. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. This house had everything you needed for a perfect beach weekend. The host was very responsive and helped us quickly with any questions. Great memories made here, hope to come back soon."
