Waterfront 4 Bedroom House with Beautiful Views - Short Walk to Kelly Beach!

This beautiful 3-story beach house with central air-conditioning provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, situated just a short walk (0.4 mile, 9 min) to Kelly Beach (private). House is located in a family friendly, low traffic neighborhood.

The property has a large yard that is ideal for outdoor relaxation. A large deck overlooking the Wesquage Pond with a new grill and outdoor seating. Water views from the west-facing deck provide perfect sunsets and promise a tranquil setting for cherished memories.

The first-floor features twin-bunkbeds and a living area with a sectional sofa that converts to a full sleeper. There's also a TV with Play Station for the kids, a half-bath, and a laundry area. The second, main floor encompasses an en-suite king master bedroom with TV. There's also a fully equipped, renovated kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace, TV, and a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper. Living area is designed for relaxation and togetherness with a large water-facing view that allows light to pour in. The third floor has two queen bedrooms, each with TVs, and a shared full bathroom ensuring ample space for everyone's comfort.

There's a private outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand. All the beach essentials are ready for you - beach towels, umbrellas, beach wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids sand toys.

Wonderful property and experience

We loved our experience here while we were in town for a wedding. Property was as described, very well appointed and in a great location. Eric was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for something in Bonnet Shores and look forward to going back.

Relaxing Getaway

Great house, amazing location! The house had everything we needed. The beach is so close and great restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to return in warmer weather and take advance of the paddle boards.

Perfect Weekend

What a wonderful weekend stay! We truly enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The location was perfect with beautiful water views and a short walk to enjoy Bonnet Shores. The home was spotless with all of the thoughtful amenities to guarantee an enjoyable stay by all. The host was super responsive and the check in/out process was seamless. We are looking forward to our next return!

The house and location was spectacular. I arranged a cousin reunion for us women some we haven’t seen one another for 30 years . It was wonderful and the house was just the perfect setting . Beautifully appointed and staged.

Great stay with extended family

Great stay in a nice neighborhood. We had grandparents with us and first floor master was a plus to reduce stairs. Nice beach, is about 10 walk. Appreciated extra toilet paper and easy check out process compared to other homes we have stayed with in the area. Would stay again!

Family vacation

Great house, nice location, quick walk to the beach. The house had a lot of extras to use that we don't usually see in rentals. It is listed as 4 bedrooms but is not really 4 bedrooms, it is 3 bedrooms with a basement pull out and 2 bunk beds not technically a bedroom. We did not like Kelly beach, it is a very small beach with lots of dead crabs and seaweed. Nice beach right next door we were unable to access.

This was a gem. Beautiful home in the peaceful and gorgeous Bonnet Shores community. We have stayed in a lot of Vrbo and AirBB properties- this was the most organized and well appointed property so far. The owners put time and thought into this place. It shows. Wonderful.

What a lovely spot to vacation!

This is a beautiful home and checks all the boxes. Well stocked, comfortable, clean and beautiful views from the deck. Quiet neighborhood and a short easy walk to the beach. All beach paraphernalia, including paddle boards and toys for the kids, are supplied. A wonderful find. Highly recommend.

Awesome property in nice location.

Stayed for 5 nights with a family of six and we loved it. Walking distance to Kelly Beach. Everything for the beach is in the garage. Liked the outdoor shower after a beach day. Quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast with a view

The house was perfect for our blended family to meet at. It was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. The 2 bikes were nice to commute to the beach. Plenty of towels and linens. Very clean. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck. Beautiful view of the lake.

Perfect family getaway

Very clean, well equipped property in beautiful location. Highly recommend for family getaway. Three floors, each with its own accommodations. 2 full baths and 1 half bath plus a great outdoor shower! Would definitely stay again.

The perfect beach rental

My family stayed for the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with the home. It’s meticulous, well organized, according and extremely clean. You can tell the owners take great pride in the home and ensure every detail is taken care of. The kitchen is incredible to cook in, you have everything at your disposal and the bedrooms are well sized and comfortable. You are walking distance to the beach and have a great view. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful home! Enough room for all 9 of us including 4 children.
