  • Magnífica casa de lujo en Eastward Look - A / C central, a pie de la playa de Scarborough, 4 dormitorios, 3 baños completos, (para 10-12) Remodelado de arriba a abajo 2017 plan de piso abierto, gran comer en la cocina de granito con barra de desayuno, estufa Viking , Electrodomésticos SS, muebles Pottery Barn, baños nuevos con azulejos y tocadores de granito, gran sala con bar de piedra Fieldstone y chimenea Fieldstone, gran sala florida con mesa de comedor Pottery Barn w asientos para 10 personas, patio grande cercado con muebles de patio (mesa, sombrilla, sillas, chaise lounge, Jenn Air Grill, hamaca), área de césped grande para juegos con la familia y amigos, y una ducha cerrada climatizada al aire libre.

    Todas las vajillas, ollas, sartenes, ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas. Aparcamiento fuera de la calle con capacidad para hasta 6 vehículos. La playa local es gratis.

    Primer piso: baño completo con ducha de pie y nueva lavadora y secadora. Tanto la habitación familiar como la habitación Florida tienen televisores LED inteligentes de 55 pulgadas montados en la pared con cable e Internet de alta velocidad. Además, 2 habitaciones tienen televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana.

    Primer piso: Dormitorio 1: dormitorio principal con cama queen y cama nido doble, baño principal completo con ducha / bañera combinada.

    El segundo piso tiene 3 dormitorios y un baño completo. Dormitorio 2 tiene una cama queen y literas (2 gemelos). El tercer dormitorio tiene cama queen. Dormitorio 4 tiene cama de tamaño completo. El baño del segundo piso cuenta con una nueva cabina de ducha de piso subterráneo con cabezal de lluvia de alta presión.

    Gran sala con zona de estar con sofá y sofá cama completo / reina. La habitación familiar también tiene un gran sofá seccional de Pottery Barn.

    Nuestra casa está a 5 minutos a pie de Scarborough Beach, una de las playas más hermosas del sur de Nueva Inglaterra. También estamos a 3 cuadras (calles laterales) de un maravilloso parque que cuenta con un parque infantil, canchas de tenis y cancha de básquetbol. También hay mini golf, botes de choque, arcade, carritos de compras, tiendas, restaurantes y helados, a pocos kilómetros.

    Nos esforzamos por mantener la casa en buenas condiciones para nuestros huéspedes. Con dos niños pequeños, comprendemos lo que las familias están buscando en una casa de vacaciones en la playa. Tenemos un cobertizo que contiene un vagón de playa (para llevar a sus hijos a la playa y al parque infantil), sillas de playa, sombrillas, refrigeradores, juguetes de playa, juegos de puerta, ollas de langosta y 2 bicicletas para adultos y 2 niños bicicletas.

    Las atracciones cercanas incluyen, Narragansett Pier / Seawall, Point Judith Lighthouse, los transbordadores a Block Island (3 millas), Newport (20 min.), El restaurante Coast Guard House, Adventureland park en Narragansett (ir carros / jaulas de bateo / bumper boats / mini golf / carrusel), Watch Hill Carousel, etc. El ferry de alta velocidad a Martha's Vineyard se encuentra a solo unos 25 minutos,
    Roger Williams Zoo en Providence, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, te damos la bienvenida para disfrutar de nuestra casa de verano Narragansett en tus próximas vacaciones.

Great spot in an awesome location! Walking distance to the beach and 5 min to most hot spots.The space was great it had everything we needed with lots of space for our kids. Had a wagon and beach chairs that were perfect for beach days. Would definitely return!

Wonderful house!

We had an amazing week at this house! It was clean, the owners were responsive, the description is completely accurate. We were so close to Scarborough Beach- we went every day and spent time in Narragansett and Point Judith. Perfect for a family beach vacation!

This house has a wonderful layout - wide and open - great for large family get-togethers. Clean modern style. Fully stocked with beach equipment - short walk to beach. Easy check in and check out and open communication with the owner / property manager.

Fantastic week at the beach with family

The property is very close to the beach and has everything from umbrellas and chairs to boogie boards and wagons. It’s very week stocked with kitchen items as well and there was plenty of room for us to eat together at one table! The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back next summer.

Great week in Narragansett!

We have been coming to Narragansett for years, and this is now our favorite place to stay! The home is bright and welcoming and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the house, and everything else just a short drive away. We will definitely return!! Thank you, Mike and KC!

Great experience !

After our air bnb host cancelled a trip we had planned months in advanced the week before - we thankfully found Michael’s property. Which ended up being much larger and nicer anyway! He was very responsive and offered an early check-in. The house was updated, clean, and spacious, and absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Highly recommend.

4th of July Crew

We had an amazing family 4th of July vaca! There was so much common space to play games, eat and just hang out. The backyard was beautiful. We cooked out on the grill and played games, we also had our morning coffee on the back patio. We walked to the beach for fun in the sun. Communication with owner was great. Quick responses, and very friendly. I definitely recommend renting this home for your next family vacation at the beach.

This beach house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 12 of us and we all had plenty of space. The living/family room, dining area, kitchen, and bar area was amazing and the highlight of the home. We were able to all gather and easily cook and have family dinners all together. The beach is just a short walk (.5 mile) down the street, which is easily accessible through a backyard gate. The house is equipped with all the kitchen and beach gear you would need for a week away. Also, the house is in a central location to “downtown” Narragansett and Point Judith. Both less than a 10 min car ride from the house. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location

The check in process was fine. Communication from the host was prompt. The house was very clean and neat, as described in the listing. Everything was in good working order, and our stay was comfortable. IMO, the 2 huge plusses that the house has going for it, is 1) they dont force you to book an entire week minimum, which I appreciated, and 2) the location was fantastic. It was very close to Scarborough beach, and I was able to drop the family off and then go park my car back at the house, and walk down to the beach, so we didn't have to fool around with parking. I had never been there, but Scarborough was a very nice beach. Overall, I found this to be a positive stay, and I would consider staying there again in the future. This is a nice property.

Great place for a group vacation

Great house, clean and had lots of space. Needed a couple of things and the owners were very accommodating. We had a great week there and would go back in the future.

Family Vacation

Our experience with this home was exceptional. The location was awesome. Walking distance to the beach and short rides to any other activities. Our family of twelve was very comfortable in this spacious and very clean home. We are looking forward to booking this home again.

Great family beach house

Spacious and well equipped house in a good location. Ample space for our three generations to spread out. Meal preparation was easy, and we especially appreciated the dining table that comfortably accommodated all ten of us.

Family Beach Vacation

This house was amazing! It was a perfect fit for our family! It has a spacious floor plan; the windows along the walls of the family room where the large table is makes you feel like you're outside in the backyard, the bedrooms accommodated each family to a tee, the outdoor shower is awesome & the beach décor inside & out just gives you a relaxing ocean vibe! The house is very bright, clean & the grounds well maintained. Easy access to the beach & playground. We loved it, definitely will stay again & recommend it!! Thank You Michael! Tina & Bill

Awesome location

We have a party of 11 and my nephew is in a wheel chair. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The outside shower was so helpful in bathing our nephew and to clean up after the beach. We overpacked with beach chairs and boogie boards because there were plenty provided in the shed. We cooked a large breakfast at home every day before heading out to the beach and Block Island Ferry. Everything we needed was less than 10 minutes away. We will be back.

Great week in Narragansett!

Our family of 10, who range in age of 8 to 80, had a great time at this property. There was plenty to do from going to the beach, a park nearby for the kids, taking the ferry to Block Island, a trip to Newport and plenty of restaurants. The property was clean and as advertised. The owners were friendly and happy to help make recommendations for things to do in the area.

Amazing Vacation at Narragansett House

House was a perfect fit for our family (7 adults and three kids, ages 8 and 5). It was clean, comfortable, and completely stocked with what we needed. The little yard out back came with some outside toys that the kids loved playing with after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower was so convenient to have (and necessary to try and keep the sand outside!). The house location was unbeatable - quiet neighborhood where we could walk and ride bikes w/the kids, as well as a small playground and basketball courts they were able to enjoy. Short walk to Scarborough Beach (some of the adults walked, but it would have been too much for OUR kids after a long day at the beach, but is absolutely doable). Best part of the vacation/house - the dining room table - it seated 10 comfortably! We are a family of 10 and this is the first house that could accommodate us all enjoying meals together! The owner, Michael, was responsive in both the planning our trip and while we were there. He had to stop in to help us with a ceiling fan (operator error on our part!) - he was friendly and chatted with us for a while - even suggested a great restaurant - Jimmy's Portside in Narragansett - which was AWESOME!!

Beautiful house, wish it was bigger

The house is well kept, decor is fresh and tasteful. Hosts were responsive when their assistance was required. We would definitely stay there again we but need more bedrooms next year.

Worth it!!

Michael & KC were super hosts! Property is BETTER than the online pictures...Every amenity was offered. Pleasant and short walk to the beach and IMO the best location in Narragansett; close to all but offering the privacy setting of a larger home. If you like to cook/entertain for family & friends, stay here!! Large open space concepts perfect for summer cookouts. We made some wonderful memories at Beach Blessings.
