"Charming 3-level cottage with very cosy tv-lounge on lowest level. Street-level entry is to the kitchen area and main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Freshly decorated and clean. Bigger cars will struggle navigating the tiny lanes to park outside the property; that said, a rather large builder's van working across the road had no trouble. Overall, very good."

"Lovely little cottage in Trawden. Had a little trouble finding it as Google maps has it on the left side of the round as you come down the hill but it's on the right but other than that everything else was spot on. Went to the Trawden Arms in the village for a couple of drinks Saturday early evening. Friendly welcoming staff & there were quite a few people in having a drink so a good atmosphere. We didn't eat there but a lot of tables were reserved for dinning so I'm assuming it's a good place...

Bedrooms are large and bathroom has bath with shower over. There are lots of places to visit a short drive away as well as ample walking routes and quaint pubs. The owners live in the attached farm house and are very welcoming. "Small but cosy. Excellent location in beautiful area with direct access to hiking routes. Friendly folks, convenient parking, dogs can freely play and swim right next door. No airco or stove/hub. Loads of peace and quite, but occassionally noisy motorcycles on the road in front. Great stay for hiking couples!"
