"We had a fabulous long weekend at The Vestry celebrating my dad's 80th. The house was an excellent size to accommodate all the family (10 of us), with the living area being a great size for our celebrations, and relaxing. The hot tub was a welcome addition and was well used throughout. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs whilst there. There are a lot of stairs to get to all of the various bedrooms, not a problem for most, but my parents had to use the first floor bedroom....

"the owner was helpful and friendly and we where invited to help feed them which was lovely also we had a spacious bedroom /living room and comfortable beds and kitchen area where well equipped ."

"This is a lovely cottage in the middle of Grassington. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The cottage is lovely, beds and sofas are comfortable. TV is excellent with an on demand selection. It was a bonus to have a secluded garden. Perfect for when the sun is out. It was clean (with the exception of a few cobwebs on the wall) and felt very homely. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and we would happily return."

"We had a great stay in this property. It is clean, well equipped and in a really handy location with the train station close by and a nice couple of wee pubs up the road. the house itself has a modern kitchen and main bathroom as well as another bathroom on the top ( 3rd Floor ). Bedrooms have good space and are clean and well maintained. It is an older terraced property over three floors and with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, it might not suit those with mobility issues,...

"Fabulous cottage within walking distance of beautiful walking trails, historical buildings and landmarks and of course the amazing and friendly community run pub, shop and library. Beautifully presented and appointed cottage with a sun-trap of a garden overlooking glorious rolling countryside. Owner Alex is super responsive and helpful - 100% recommend this lovely home. "A great location for walks and cycles, away from the parking challenge of the town but an easy walk in for the shops, bars and restaurants. Melanie was very welcoming and the wine and homemade cake was a lovely touch. Recommended."

"The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."
