"The place is plenty big, check in was easy, great communication. We had a large family trip, 8 adults and 6 children. There are more than enough beds to go around. The property owner also operates side by side tours of the are including pictographs, and hard to reach areas around dinosaur. I had absolutely no complaints and we will definitely book again. "

"Cool country property. Lauren was great and communicated great! The house worked great for our group we weren't there a ton but the little we were it was nice and plenty of space. Only recommendation is a needs a good deep clean. All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were all dirty and the water vacuum didn't get empty causing the house to smell but we set it outside and had no issues. "Beautiful property! Enjoyed sitting on the back patio and relaxing when we weren’t out off-roading. "

"Nice room, very clean, comfortable bed, charming fireplace. As big as the room is, I wish the designer had chosen to allocate more space to the bathroom, which is quite small and cramped. Lovely having a large grassy area just outside. More than one outdoor chair would be nice. Convenient location just outside of the busy downtown area. "

"I wish I could rate this 0 stars. We were a group of 5 staying for 2 weeks, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. At first, the house seemed clean and the owner friendly, but things changed fast. The host had extreme, over-the-top rules posted all over the house. Blinds were zip-tied open so he could peek inside, which he did multiple times. He admitted watching us and commented on how we moved a table — proving he was monitoring us constantly. "It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. "
