"I wish there were more stars to give!The property is exquisite and the house brand new. There is nothing more you’d want or need staying here. The animals and experience being on the farm brought us serenity and peace. Chuck and Angela are the most wonderful hosts who have become friends. "Very efficient use of space! It has everything you need. Loved that it was on the first floor. The Holiday valley shuttle bus picks you up right at your unit door if you call in! And drops you off at your door on the way home from a day of skiing. Perfect for a ski getaway! Comfortable bed and kitchen appliances seem brand new. "

"Very great place to stay with friends and family or even a solo get away. It’s in the heart of downtown Ellicotville, walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and much more. The apartment itself was very clean and the pictures matched exactly to the in person experience. Loved spending the nights on the balcony enjoying the fresh air.
