"This house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The view from the porch is stunning, and if you are up early enough to watch the sunrise, it is so worth it. Everything was very clean, including the hot tub and sauna. We did not get to actually use the sauna, but the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. The location is great. It is about 50 minutes to Letchworth State Park and 40 minutes to some of the northern wineries along Seneca Lake. But there is plenty do to...

"It's a comfy place but needs some tlc and freshening up. The pictures do not show accurate version of the inside or outside as it is currently . Beautiful fireplace outside but yard needs attention and new cushions are desperately needed. No "welcome book" inside giving information on the house but initial email from owner mentioned it. Definitely has potential. Beautiful deer in the yard. You cannot see the lake either. So, if you are counting on Lakeview this isn't your place."

"clean, great location in the Village of Hammondsport, NY I didn't realize it was street parking but it worked out OK. Also it could be made more clear that the entrance is on the side of the building & to look for the sign "HIDEAWAY" A neighbor helped us find it.The disappointing thing is that the TV didn't work as stated. "Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out."
