"This condo is perfect for 2 couples or a friends trip. It is exceptionally clean (and I am a germaphobe). The location is right in the middle of the bar and restaurant district. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. Karen was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend and my friends would too!"

"Check in was so simple and the homeowner, Karl, was very responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our time in this very cute and cozy home. We didn't use the deck area or the grill because of the rain but we wanted to. I would recommend this home to any family who plans to visit the area! Thank you, Karl, for a fantastic long weekend getaway! "

"What a gem! I absolutely loved staying there. The property grounds were amazing and absolutely perfect for my 2 dogs to run around freely. Listening to the Keuka Outlet was peaceful. It was great having trail access so close for us to walk in. The cabin and amenities were perfect for our stay. I loved the comforts of staying in the cabin with the feel of camping. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed."

"My husband and I stayed at the cabin for a couple of nights as I had a booth at the Keuka Arts Festival nearby. It was the perfect place to relax after long busy days at the festival. We loved how peaceful and cosy it was, how clean everything was, and how clear all the directions on what to expect were. There were no surprises. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"We originally booked two nights and then decided to extend our stay. Partly because of the weather but also just because we were enjoying it so much! Very cozy and clean. Close to fun things to but you also feel like you’re nice and secluded and have privacy. Beautiful cabin!"

"This property checks all the boxes--tons of space, beautiful grounds, amazing views, extremely clean and all the amenities you need and then some to have a relaxing stay with friends and family. We especially loved the location that was close to Wegman's, the Lake House, downtown Canandaigua and other paces along Lakeshore. "We had the best time at this adorable lake cottage. It was located near many restaurants and wineries and being on the lake was the star of the show. Only thing I would mention if you come here is to bring bug spray as the home is surrounded by trees so it was pretty buggy. "
