Inside the Home, 6 Bed / 5.5 Bath Marble floors in the living areas, warm wood in the bedrooms. Coffered ceilings, French doors, a fireplace, whole-home surround sound. Four bedrooms sit at the front; the primary suite and a sixth bedroom are tucked privately at the back. Two bedrooms have en-suite baths, plus a half bath and a dedicated pool bath. Your showers end on your terms thanks to a tankless water heater.

The chef's kitchen is genuinely equipped for cooking, not just photos: gas range with pot filler, wall oven, refrigerator drawers, wine cooler, two sinks, an oversized island, a stacked-stone accent wall, plus an additional electric cooktop and oven.

Primary bath is spa-level, with a soaking tub, five-showerhead walk-in shower, dual vanities with makeup counter, and a built-in massage table.

A Note on the Property Layout The 1.14-acre estate includes two small guest apartments that are separate from the main home and not part of this rental. One is occupied by a long-term tenant and the other is listed separately as an add-on, with a king size bed and fully equipped kitchen. Your booking includes exclusive use of the main house, the screened courtyard and pool, the outdoor kitchen, the gym, and the backyard with the pond and fruit trees. The apartments have their own private entrance and do not share interior space, pool access, or outdoor living areas with the main home, so your stay stays private. As an actively maintained estate, the property also has regular service visits (landscaping, weekly pool service, and occasional maintenance), so you may see staff on the grounds during your stay. We mention all this upfront so there are no surprises when you arrive and see a neighbor or worker coming or going.
