    Si está buscando una experiencia única y auténtica de historia, arte, cultura y literatura en Nápoles, aquí es donde quiere estar.

    Es como vivir en un museo vivo con todas las últimas comodidades del siglo XXI.

    N. B. A lo largo de los años, con otros apartamentos en el mismo palacio, ya recibimos cientos de reseñas de 5 estrellas y varios precios y premios distintivos, como Double Super-Host y Premium Host, de otros sitios (consulte el otro listado "Apt exclusivo en la XVI aristocrática Edificio ").

    Este histórico apartamento, todavía completamente amueblado con los muebles antiguos de la familia, se encuentra en el centro histórico, en la zona más antigua de la ciudad, el distrito Vergini, y forma parte de un palacio del siglo XVI, que todavía pertenece a la misma familia principesca que lo construyo

    Allí vivió, en el siglo XVIII, el Gran Santo, Alfonso de Liguori (1 de agosto en el calendario), Doctor de la Iglesia y Fundador de la Congregación del Muy Santo Redentor, y en ese palacio comenzó su apostolado.

    Este impresionante y recientemente renovado apartamento, en el segundo piso con ascensor privado, está compuesto por una habitación doble (cama king-size) conectada con su propio baño y su armario privado, una segunda habitación doble (cama queen-size) también conectado con su propio baño y su propia biblioteca privada [ambas habitaciones con techos abovedados], una gran sala de estar también con techo alto abovedado (90 mq - 1,000 pies cuadrados), una cocina totalmente amueblada, entrada / vestíbulo privado y ascensor privado.

    Además, si está disponible, es posible usar la terraza panorámica (90 mq - 1,000 pies cuadrados) justo encima de su sala de estar y accesible por el ascensor privado.

    SU BARRIO
    El Palacio está en una zona muy bien comunicada con todas partes (2 subterráneos, 5 líneas de autobús y parada de taxis) y ofrece muchas atracciones turísticas (Hipogea griega del siglo IV a. C.; Sagrario de Fontanelle; Catacumbas de San Gaudioso y San Gennaro; y muchas aristocráticas palacios e iglesias importantes).

    MOVERSE
    En cinco minutos a pie, puede llegar a la Catedral de Nápoles, con el inestimable tesoro de San Gennaro; y el Museo Nacional de Arqueología, con las mejores piezas de Pompeya y la maravillosa Colección Farnese.

    TU DISPONIBILIDAD
    Después de su reserva, siempre estará en contacto conmigo, Francesco, por teléfono o correo electrónico; mientras que mi madre, donna ‘Princesa’ Paola, te dará la bienvenida y te registrará a tu llegada.

    También le dará consejos sobre lo que es mejor hacer y hacer turismo por la ciudad: nuestros amigos e invitados están muy entusiasmados (lea las reseñas).

    Solo con cita previa, es posible visitar el apartamento del Príncipe, compuesto por varias salas de recepción, un enorme salón de baile con frescos del siglo XVIII en el techo y una espléndida lámpara de araña del siglo XVIII, una biblioteca muy importante con libros del siglo XVI-XVII-XVIII, en la que salas de la familia principesca organiza regularmente eventos culturales como conciertos, exposiciones de teatro y debates.

    En estas ocasiones, y especialmente de noche, han aparecido algunos fantasmas pertenecientes a la familia y parecían disfrutar mucho de estar en compañía ... :-)

Lovely historical building. Spacious and elegant apartment. Host was very friendly and available for any questions we might have. We loved the location and could walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung liegt günstig zur Metro, zum Einkaufen gibt es einen täglichen Markt vor der Tür. Genau wie typische Lokale. Mitten drin, daher ist es tagsüber laut. Nachts beruhigt es sich. Im Winter ist die Wohnung kühl, die Heizung macht es erträglich.

Napoli… sehr, sehr spannend! Toll! Hat Spaß gemacht.

Großartig! Viel zu erkunden und viel zu erleben. Eine aufregende Stadt. Wer Spaß an einer lebendigen und quirligen Stadt hat, ist in Neapel richtig. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht… NO!

Hosts were very nice, and gave us a tour of the private living quarters in a palace 5 centuries old. Location was not the greatest, and it wasn’t quite as clean as we would have liked.

Au coeur du vieux Naples, logement atypique et plein de charme

Dans un vieux palais du quartier populaire et effervescent de la Sanità, l'appartement un peu bricolé, mêle vétusté et confort (chambres et salles d'eau bien équipées). Bon contact avec nos hôtes, en particulier la Princesse Paola. Ce logement peu conventionnel nous a beaucoup plu.

Fantastisch ervaring, centrale locatie in historisch palazzo

Mooi ruim verblijf in oude bibliotheek in historisch palazzo, bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst. Bij uitval van de electriciteit werd onmiddellijk een alternatief appartement in hetzelfde palazzo ter beschikking gesteld. Centrale locatie, metro, restaurants en winkels op minuten afstand. Een echte aanrader!

Napoli... the old town

This neighbourhood is chaotic and noisy... exactly as we thought it would be... and we loved it!!! The accommodation dates back centuries, so if you're looking for something new, hotel like and quiet this is not the place for you! Thank you to Paola for putting together a comprehensive day by day itinerary.!

Naples Palace.

This apartment is right in a very busy neighborhood. The streets are busy and full of life! We were able to walk around without any issues, the language was our only issue. We toured the city by foot and got to many areas.

Brilliant

I missed an earlier communication from the host and therefore getting into the apartment was extremely difficult. Once we met the host and were admitted we had a wonderful time. The apartment, part of a noble palace built in the 1500s is a bit decrepit but everything works well and it is in the middle of the oldest “authentic” quarter of modern Naples. The locals were very helpful and friendly, especially Mario who works in the Osteria Gentile, opposite the front door. All sites, museums etc are close or easy to get to. Several very good restaurants within 50 metres. Fabulous find!

Francesco, the host, was lovely, but we got the impression this is just a hobby. It took him ages to come and meet us on the first night - several hours late - despite saying he'll be a few minutes. Then the toilet flush mechanism broke and I had to try and fix it. Francesco did come out to try as well, but that didn't work. It's a very quirky apartment, but I think we'll stick with modern hotels etc from now on. This is not a complaint, just an observation.

NaplesThis was our second stay with the host, in another apartment. While the apartment offers old world charm and historical and art collections, this particular apartment was not as well maintained or as clean as the first one we stayed in. The second bedroom is on the bottom floor with stairs that are difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. The main living space is roomy, with older furnishings and carpet. The kitchen was clean. The weather was quite hot while we were there and the big room was very hot. Fans worked well and the air conditioners in the bedrooms worked well. Recommend confirming that the boilers are on for hot water upon arrival. The washing machine was not working while we were there. If there are other guests in the apartments, be aware that the elevator might be locked on other floors because the doors are not shut properly by other guests. The property is in a noisy, busy area and the street noise is loud in the main floor bedroom. Caution is needed in the neighborhood at all times- heavy aggressive vespa and car traffic and it is important to protect your personal items (including jewelry on your person) while out and about on the streets. Appreciated the proximity to Concettina ai Tre Santi and Popella bakery and gelato. Francesco and his staff were super helpful with baggage transport, taxi and dinner reservations and even laundry while the washer wasn't working.

Lieu insolite

L'espace est un atout. Le quartier Sanita très vivant. Chambre et literie confortable, de qualité.Toutefois, difficile de cuisiner car la hotte ne fonctionne pas ni les lumières au dessus de la cuisinière.La douche de la chambre principale s'écoule difficilement.Les chaises anciennes de la salle a manger -bibliotheque quoique belles sont inconfortables. La cafetière sans couvercle est inutilisable. Un petit investissement de la part du propriétaire pour rendre le quotidien plus agréable serait le bienvenu.

The photos of this property must have been taken many years ago. The dining table chairs are stuffed, the carpet is in pieces with bits of wool coming off all the time. The TV & sound system are about 13 feet in the air. Generally NOT clean, & overall a complete disappointment. Also a broken washing machine; had to access one upstairs through another, occupied apartment; no real security as lift opens directly into apartment, so people above could enter. Paint flaking off kitchen wall over sink & stove. No proper kettle.

The hosts were amazing. The property is very run down. Walking barefoot in the apartment made our feet black with dirt. The shower drain was clogged. There were no garbage bins. The area is very loud until all hours. The door to our apartment didn’t close all the way. The elevator opens directly into the apartment. The place needs a lot of work. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

April in Napoli

The property was as advertised. Great location for walking to all the neighborhoods, especially the Spanish Quarter which was our favorite. One bedroom and connected full bathroom is downstairs, the other upstairs with the main common area and kitchen. The neighborhood of the property is in a lively area; lots to eat and drink and plenty of stores for shopping for food or other items. Our host was 5 star and his mother spent time with us, going over the history of the 17th century castle. Napoli isn’t for everyone; the city is super chaotic and the streets narrow. But we loved it; love the hustle and bustle of the city. We would recommend for sure, but you will hear noise (scooters and cars). The showers are close quarters, so not recommended for heavier bodies. We would return in heartbeat. Thank you Francesco! Molto Bella!

Wir haben uns sehr auf Neapel gefreut. Wir wollten auch mitten in die Stadt und haben auch kein Problem mit dem Lärm. Ich liebe es, die Energie der alten Zeit zu spüren. Ich bin Immobiliengutachter und schwärme für alte Häuser. Aus dem Grunde war ich auch sehr erschrocken, als ich in die Gegend kam. Es ist laut Wikipedia, habe ich danach recherchiert, eine der ärmsten Gegenden in Neapel. Die Immobilien sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Als wir in das Haus kamen, konnte man die Feuchtigkeit riechen. Es war alles alt und roch auch so. Die Fenster waren geschlossen immer noch ca. 2 cm offen. Ein Fenster existierte nicht, dort waren von innen Holzläden angebracht. Die Bäder waren schimmelig, rostig und dreckig. Das war unsere teuerste Unterkunft und die schlimmste. Wenn man schon 130 Euro pro Nacht verlangt, kann man dann nicht die Spiegelschränke abwischen und den gelben Sudfaden von den Gußrohren an der Wand überstreichen? Meine Freundin hat seit dem Aufenthalt gesundheitliche Probleme. Wir lassen das gerade in Deutschland prüfen. Sollten Schimmelsporen nachgewiesen werden können, war das nicht meine letzte Rezension. Macht Expedia nicht Werbung damit, dass sie Ihre Angebote prüfen? Hier war garantiert keiner vor Ort!

It is very unique as it is truly a Neapolitanian palace. People are very nice. The property has two floors and is huge. The bedroom in the lower part is a little dark, but quiet. We stayed in the upper part of the apartment.

Lieu intéressant

Excellent accueil par la propriétaire agréable et cultivée. L'appartement est très agréable grâce a sa grande taille, les hauts plafonds et les deux niveaux, ses deux chambres de charactere, deux salles de bains et la vaste bibliotheque. Mais a part la nouvelle cuisine étincelante le tout est un peu vétuste ; dans la chambre du bas même la fenêtre fermée un filet d'air froid considérable était inévitable. La situation sur une rue commerciale est très pratique mais puisque il s'agit de la rue principale du quartier, la circulation est très audible jusque longtemps après minuit. A propos du quartier : Celui ci est très bien située, station de métro a 5 minutes, en un peu plus de 10 ont atteint la cathédrale. La quartier de la Sanita lui-même est extrêmement pittoresque, mais en quittant la rue principale le décor, surtout de nuit, devient rapidement un peu... particulier dans le labyrinthe des minuscules ruelles. Mais ces ruelles font évidement en même temps le charme de la ville. A quelques mètres de l'appartement se trouvent deux haut lieux culinaires de Naples, l'un de la Pizza, l'autre une fameuse pâtisserie ; ont se régale dans les deux. En fin de compte tout dépend des locataires : Excellent endroit pour jeunes, couche-tards, deux couples, troupe de copains ; du au quartier et a l'escalier raide et tortueux a l’intérieur de l'appartement pas trop commode pour des voyageurs d'un certain age ou avec des enfants.
