  • Cottage B is located at the corner of Broad Ave S and Gordon Drive - we are within walking distance to the water and all the Old Naples is renowned for. This Historic Estate features five separate rentals on the property: The Main House, The Upstairs Retreat, and Cottages A, B, and C.

    *** Each Rental has it's own ID # and can be viewed by putting the ID # in the Guest's 'Where To' finder

    Cottage B has one king bedroom, a full kitchen, laundry, and a front room with a pull-out love seat, side tables, and a comfortable swivel chair.

    There is a front covered porch with three chairs around a metal table. The porch leads to a brick patio with three Adirondack chairs, side tables, and a large black-and-white umbrella.

    We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, insulated bags, and ice packs.

    Note -
    **Cottage A and B are attached under one roof line. The porches are adjacent, but not shared. In our pictures, you can see that Cottage A is on the right and Cottage B is on the left.

    ** We are on a crossroads on two important streets in Old Naples. Broad Ave S. and Gordon Drive. The traffic heading to Port Royal is constant and can be noisy. If you are a late riser and do not want to wear earplugs, I suggest that you choose another spot.

    Cottage C is farther away - we also have 385 and 387, on 8th Ave, which you can find in my profile.

    **Do to the location and this being one of five rentals, we are not pet friendly. We appreciate you following our guidelines and trusting that we are looking for your and the best interest of all of our guests.

This cottage was perfect! Charming, decorating was beautiful and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! Loved the location close to the beach, shopping and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

We had a great 5 days. The little bungalow was very clean, the king bed was very comfortable and the location was great. Small suggestion would be a drip coffee maker and a lamp in the living area. The place was very cute and had everything you need for a great vacation. We loved Naples and plan to return one day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Great location only a short walk to the beach. There are also great restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. It cottage was really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and for cooking our meals. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Thanks!

Perfect location and such a cute cottage. Clean comfy and supplied with everything you need. 2 blocks to the beach 1 block to restaurants and shops. Truly, the perfect location. The host was so helpful and communicative. I loved the comfy bed, the decor, the vibe. I’ll be back! Thank you for contributing to a much needed vacation.

Host and Cottage B exceeded our expectations! Host was responsive and ensured that our stay was delightful - even when issues related to the nearby construction arose and out of her control. Very clean and had every convenience that we needed or wanted.

Everything was wonderful! Location to beach and old town is perfect. Owner was responsive to any concerns. Loved the outdoor seating area, kitchen stocked, even to go cups and cooler bag and ice packs. Add those to the supplied chairs/umbrella and cart for a quick block to the beach. Would stay here again!

The cottage is bright, cheerful, comfortable and clean. The decorating is terrific. Kate is a good host - timely and responsive to her guests' communications.

It was a comfortable, cozy little cottage and beautifully appointed, close to everything. Kate, our hostess, could not have been more friendly and helpful. When we couldn't find trash bags in the unit, she had them delivered with extra Kleenex and little food gifts of candy and oranges. What a delightful surprise. We hope to stay here when we're back in Naples.

Naples July 4th Getaway

This property and location were as advertised and exceeded expectations. The cottage is extremely clean and comfortable. It is a short 2 block walk to the beach and is equipped with beach chairs & umbrellas. It is also walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Kate is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental.
