This private suite is close to Super Target, Wal-mart shopping centers, Chili's, Panera, Burger King, McDonalds, World Market, Staples, and more. Conveniently located near I-75, shopping, dining, hospitals, and less than 10 miles to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped three acre property, the quiet neighborhood, and private back entrance. Park like setting includes fruit trees, benches, and an outdoor grill for your use. The studio is equipped with a queen bed, and a dinette for eating in. There is also a private laundry room for your use, and beach chairs are also available for your beach days!
This studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

High quality

Wonderfully soft linens and comfortable appointments. Very nice neighborhood, close to many conveniences. Lovely welcome basket and assortment of coffees & read. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay again when in the area.

Very Impressed!

A great spot for a quick couples trip. The place was very clean and comfortable. Aprreciated the fridge with freezer, microwave, and ample closet space. Terrific location close to many services (grocery, restaurants, etc.) and easy short trip to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Just What We Needed

This was a great place for us. The room was small but very efficient and smartly decorated. Everything you needed for comfort was there--even an electric single stove if you needed. We are in Naples visiting friends every year. This will be our "go to" place!!

Enjoyed our stay. Property is located in a nice safe neighborhood. The backyard makes it feel secluded with beautifully landscaped surroundings. Carlos kindly responded to two requests we had. I was concerned about the bed because of a previous review but the bed was very comfortable. There is onsite laundry With washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again. The property is very clean well-maintained and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. One of the best properties we have stayed at so far.

Overall impression is good. We enjoy the privacy, the parking, the TV, the fridge, the beach chairs, the cooler, and the shower. This time we had trouble sleeping because of the bed. The pillows were very flat. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Wonderful place to stay

I absolutely LOVED all of the small details that put this place over the top. Those things when traveling that people miss or forget to bring. Such as paper, pens, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen general supplies. The little note personally written for me, the quick response to questions. The owners are so kind. And this place is so beautiful to stay. And it’s peaceful here. I am coming back for sure. One out of ten I would give them a fifteen.

Best Property and Hosts in Naples

For the past two years, I have traveled to Naples every other week for work. I reserve this property anytime it's free. It is above and beyond the BEST property and hosts I have encountered in all my stays. The space is always sparkling clean, smells fresh, has needed amenities, and is a peaceful oasis filled with special decorative lights, beautiful landscaping, and a relaxing oasis. The hosts go the extra mile to be accomodating while extending privacy. Have never, ever had one complaint with this property!

It was very nice, clean and quiet. If you want a nice peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! It’s part of the main house, but has private entrance, and a beautifully designed walkway up to it!
