One block to beach and to dining. Best location in Naples !!

This like new, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo is located in a quiet complex; one block to the beach and one block to the fabulous 3rd street. Just steps from the pool. There may be cheaper places to stay but none nicer and as well equipped. You will feel like you are at home.

Plan to spend the day at the beach and forgot your hat or sunscreen? No problem, it is a short walk back to the condo to get it and while you’re there grab a snack!

Want some coffee? ice cream? something from the store? Head two blocks inland to 3rd Street to satisfy your craving.

Feel like shopping today? 1 mile north is the beginning of the 5th Avenue shopping district. It will take 20 minutes to walk there, but you can stop for appetizers and use Slider or Nickle Ride to drive you back.

THIS is the condo you want to stay in while you are in Naples. Huge new TV’s in the bedrooms and living room. Two couches, very comfortable living room for relaxing in the evenings.

Towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler are available for you to use.
Tired of walking? Lounge by the heated pool right outside your front door.

One assigned parking spot is conveniently located right outside this first floor condo. Other extra parking options nearby.

Naples Pier is a 5 minute walk, across the street and down one block. Great for watching for sea life or catching the sunset.

Bike rentals, boat rentals available nearby.
At City Dock, there are more restaurants and charter boat rentals, a 20 minute walk east.
Feel like staying in for the evening? This condo has all new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking, seating for four, cable TV, WiFi in the unit and a coin operated laundry on site in the complex. We have coffee service and paper products to get you started. Usually there will be waters, and other sealed beverages in the fridge. (We stay there often and leave things). Feel free to enjoy anything that is there. If you have leftover non-perishable beverages that are sealed, feel free to leave them for others.

Weekly Rentals will receive a 10% discount
Monthly Rentals will receive a 20% discount.

Linens and towels are provided.

Another fabulous vacation!

Morning walks along the beach and afternoon shopping and dinner…truly the best and accommodating stay. Loved the condo decor, and comfortable furniture. Walking distance to so many things is the icing. Looking forward to next year!

Great trip to Naples!

The unit was ideal!! A block to the beach and a block to 3rd street shopping and dining. We walked to dinner on 5th Ave as well. So convenient. The condo is nicely and tastefully decorated. It offers everything you might need. Very clean and beds are great! Paula the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We are planning to return next year!

Naples was amazing

This location was just a very quick stroll to the beach. It was a uncrowded oasis and there was good shopping and many choices of great food nearby. I will be back Naples and i hope this location will be available. Five stars does not do this place justice.

Perfect Getaway

My best friend and I stayed here for a moms’ getaway. The place is beautifully updated and location can’t be beat! Everything was very clean and well-equipped. Beds were the most comfortable I’ve had at a rental property. They even have custom Yetis! Owner was very nice and quick to respond.

We loved Old Naples!

My husband and I were married in Naples on the beach in 1997 and have enjoyed visiting as much as possible ever since. This was our first time staying in your beautiful condo. We absolutely loved it! The relaxation by the pool was wonderful and being able to walk to 3rd Ave for dinner was a bonus! My favorite was sunrise walk to the beach and then sunset after our dinner. It was a perfect vacation and we've already booked for next year. See you then!!

Location, location, location

The location was awesome, 10 steps to the pool, 300 steps to the beach, and near 3rd and 5th avenue. Paula spared no expense on the remodel, excellent finishes. Only wish was for a dishwasher.

Great Place and Ideal Location

It was a great unit, well furnished, plenty of accessories and everything you needed for the beach. Couldn't have asked for more. Just show up, have fun and relax. It felt like you were staying in your own place. Paula was great, she answered all my questions and her response times were excellent. The location was ideal for accessing the beach, close to restaurants, etc.
