Could not have asked for a better place to spend spring break. House was immaculate and well stocked. We were easy walking distance to the beach and to the Publix. Would definitely stay again.

The pool and house were both immaculate. The property had an extremely stocked kitchen with every pot, pan, cutlery, and dish one could possibly need. Bikes with helmets, beach towels, etc. we highly recommend this property.

We really liked this property. Very clean & spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Only downside was the neighbor behind has tall bamboo trees that blocked the pool/patio from getting full sun during winter months. Luckily the beach is very close! I’m sure during the summer there is plenty of sun. There were also plenty of beach chairs available. We would definitely stay here again.

Dan’s home was perfectly equipped both inside and out! The beds were all comfortable, the decor pleasant, the kitchen and amenities were perfectly functional. We really enjoyed the home and our stay! My husband kept saying “the house is perfect” each and everyday. Check-in was simple. Details about the home were accurate. We all enjoyed the house, the bikes, the pool, the grill with motion detector light (big hit with my husband!)The location of the home with respect to the beach was super convenient! Walk, bike, or drive!We do enjoy staying in the North Naples area. This home does not disappoint! Five stars easy! Don’t hesitate!Thank you so much Dan for making our stay relaxing and effortless! We’d love to return!

Loved our stay at this home. The house itself was very spacious and clean. The outdoor area was beautiful. The screened in pool to keep the bugs and debris out was much appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were enough towels and beach towels for everyone. I think the best thing about the home was the location. 3 minute drive to 2 beaches or a quick 10 minute bike ride. We even walked to the beach every morning to get our steps in!!! The grocery store and lots of shopping are close by. We look forward to returning!!!

Everything from the initial communication through the end of the trip was excellent. We love staying in the Vanderbilt Beach area, and this may be our favorite property over the years. Great location, well maintained property and a responsive owner. What else could you want?!
