Open the front door, and there’s a good chance you’ll be excited to check out the swimming pool on the screened-in patio. Who’ll be first in your group to take the plunge? Some might prefer to get feet up on one of the sun loungers around the pool before taking a dip. Others will be eager to explore the rest of this air-conditioned beauty of a family home. THE KITCHEN
I have you covered when it comes to providing all the kitchen appliances, utensils and storage space you’re likely to need. That includes a big refrigerator and freezer with room to stock just about everyone’s favorite food and drink, a coffee maker to kickstart each new day, plus enough pots, pans and wine glasses to keep everyone happy. There’s also a dishwasher, so cleaning up after meals is easy. Should you need them, there’s a washer and dryer in the house for any emergency clean-ups, and dry-offs that your clothing needs.

THE 5 BEDROOMS
You get three big suites when you book here. Two are master bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room and a kingsize bed, with one also featuring a sleeper sofa. The third large suite is perfect for younger guests, as it’s a movie theater themed space with 2 single beds, bean bags, large wall-mounted TV and perhaps best of all a popcorn machine on the bar. The remaining two bedrooms are as beautifully presented as the rest of the house, each with a queen bed. All rooms have storage space for your clothes and other belongings.

THE 3 BATHROOMS
This trio of bright and welcoming rooms where you can freshen up and get ready to go out ought to be enough to ensure no one in your group need wait long for their turn! Each of the spaces features a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin, plus cupboard and shelf space for your lotions, soaps, gels, shampoos etc.

This luxe home comes with 4 bikes you’re welcome to use, plus a selection of beach chairs you can take to your favorite spot on the coast. For times you’re spending in the house, there are family board games and of course, Wi-Fi, so you can be gaming, streaming, uploading and downloading during your stay.

The City of Naples enforces a Noise Ordinance requiring all outdoor music and amplified sound to be turned off between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests must comply — please move music and gatherings indoors after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in fines to the property and/or guests.
