  • Dentro de las puertas guardados de la comunidad de playa de Nápoles Cay, este espectacular recientemente renovado, de dos dormitorios, dos baños condominio, con vistas a la arena blanca de la playa del Golfo de México.

    Disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas desde el balcón extendido con relajantes muebles de terraza. Dentro de la unidad cuenta con encimeras de mármol, pisos de madera y mármol, además de tonos de poder en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. El principal cuenta con una cama king size con numerosas vistas del Golfo a través de dos conjuntos de piso a techo deslizante puertas de vidrio. La habitación tiene dos camas de tamaño personalizado completo con tamaño longitud larga rey adicional. Esta unidad bien equipada y dos familias, ofrece acceso a internet de 50 pulgadas LED TV, un estado lleno de la técnica de cocina, lavadora / secadora y conexión de alta velocidad. Las instalaciones del edificio incluyen una increíble piscina climatizada, un gimnasio sofisticado, parrillas de barbacoa para la comunidad, y dos pistas de tierra batida. Sillas de playa, paraguas, toallas están incluidos.

Modern appliances in the kitchen and laundry.The condo included a desk and area so I could comfortable work without disturbing my family. Love Naples and will likely return next year.

Fantastic Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean with an amazing view. Every night we watched the most amazing sunsets! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, with nice dish wear and utensils, the nice outdoor furniture, along with the tasteful decor throughout, and the comfortable beds. We love that it was quiet-- as we were there in the summer- which is the off season. The beaches were never crowded and the weather was great! I would give this a 5+ star review if it weren't for the construction all around the property--although to be fair, they did warn us this could be happening. I would definitely stay here again!

Viel Lärm um nichts

Zu Beginn Ärger mit der Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche und den Haaren im Lavabo. Küchenutensilien veraltet, defekt und schmutzig. Dann nur ein Aufzug in Betrieb. Tagsüber viel Lärm wegen Bauarbeiten und der Pool ist mit vielen Kindern überbelegt die sich genauso wie die Erwachsenen nicht an die Vorschriften gehalten haben. Die Sonnenschirme sind Mangelware und deren Qualität sehr schlecht (UV Lichtdurchlässig) Alles in Allem ein schlechtes Erlebnis; wir werden künftig lieber wieder im Hotel absteigen; da hat man zumindest einen Ansprechpartner

Thanksgiving 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this unit for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving with my wife and 2 daughters. From the pictures and in-person, it's probably in the top 5 2br/2ba unit in the Club building in terms of view and finishes but there are some things we did not like. 1.) There was a shortage of hot water, even when spacing out the showers. 2.) The toaster was old and cheap. 3.) The patio was floor was filthy and had not been freshly cleaned since the unit was not rented the week prior to us arriving. 4.) Light bulbs were missing in some light fixtures. 5.) The TV in the master bed is mounted too low and not centered on the wall. 6.) Some of the dishes had chips in them and should be replaced with new ones. 7.) Unit does not have the updated glass balcony panels.

My Happy Place

Beautiful condo in the most beautiful location. Lots of amenities provided including everything you could need for the beach or pool including toys for the kids. Rental manager was very responsive and quickly had the microwave replaced when it wasn’t working. Planning to return to this condo as it was perfect and located in the perfect spot near the beach at a perfect price!

Park shore stay

This was a very nice apartment with a gorgeous view. Nicely decorated but the furniture, couches in the living room and den, were a bit dated. Loved having 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, as opposed to twin size. The walk to the beach was about 3 to 5 minutes. Overall it was a very nice place and we really enjoyed our stay.
