Sleeping arrangements:
--Primary bedroom with king-size bed
--Second bedroom with two XL twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request)

Bathrooms feature: Shower/tub combos, fresh towels, and a hair dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: A FOB access fee of $115 will be charged to guests upon check-in, and it covers everyone in the reservation. This cost is in addition to the lodging total paid on Vrbo. FOB fee is paid directly to Park Shore Resort and provides access to community amenities (pool, bathrooms, tennis / pickleball courts, fitness room, etc.)

Relaxing week

My wife and I came to look at condos in Naples for a future purchase and this condo was in a great location to beaches, many great restaurants and all the best neighborhoods. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the beach chairs and towels was a nice added touch. We really had a great time.

Amenities were poor. Pickle ball courts unplayable and in horrible condition. Jacuzzi broken . Beds and couch extremely uncomfortable. Walkways and outdoor lighting needed bulb replacement and repair.

Naples vacation

Loved the condo! Great place, clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. The pool was beautiful and Hogfish Harry’s has delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and condo.

Wonderful!!

My two daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Raquel and Brad’s condo. It was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some! They had beach chairs, beach cooler, umbrella and lounge chairs available to bring to the beach. The Condo was exactly as it was described and centrally located to everything. We walked to restaurants and shops and enjoyed the beautiful weather

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Brad & Raquel's property. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Brad & Raquel were great hosts. They checked in with us a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. We are already thinking about a trip again next year!

January 2025 Stay

Our family of 4 stayed here in early January 2025. It was an excellent stay, and everything was as expected and as advertised. Very clean unit. We enjoyed the pickleball courts and pool. Having Hogfish Harry's on Property was very convenient. Communication was the best I've had with a VRBO property. Thank you!

Tolle Wohnung an toller Lage

Die Wohnung im zweiten Stock (also zuoberst) ist gemütlich eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den Innenhof, wo ein kleiner See mit Inselrestaurant und Schwimmbad liegt. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet für Leute, die selbst kochen wollen. Und im Kühlschrank hat es auch eine Eismaschine. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Wir haben vor allem den Balkon genossen, wo in ruhiger Umgebung der Abend genossen werden kann. Brad hat uns bei unserer Ankunft aus der Ferne unterstützt, als es Probleme mit dem Zugangscode gab. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Das Auto lässt sich dikret vor dem Haus abstellen und man ist mit dem Auto schnell downtown oder an den wunderschönen Stranden mit weissem Sand. In einer halben Stunde ist man auch zu Fuss an einem Strandabschnitt hinter einem Mangrovenwald. Alles in allem: nur zu empfehlen.

Naples trip

Staying at the Fun in the Sun resort as guests of Raquel and Brad was fantastic. The condo was perfect for us. Ease of access to the condo. The condo was warm and welcoming from the start. I would rate our stay as an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. They were perfect hosts.

Wonderful Condo

Stayed here for 4 days in July. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked to get you started. Beds were comfortable. They have beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler - everything you need for the beach. Kids shared the bedroom with 2 twin beds and there was plenty of room. Spacious lanai to relax. The pool and grounds were really nice too. Very close to the public beaches and plenty of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Raquel and Brad for being gracious hosts.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at this newly renovated unit. Check in and check out was easy. It was a very comfortable, clean unit which included everything we needed. The lanai was lovely overlooking the pond. We loved having our coffee out there in the morning and wine at night. The pool was delightful and food was excellent at Hogfish Harry’s. Publix was right around the block. Everything nearby including beaches and restaurants. We hope to come back.

Wonderful stay at Park Shore!

Excellent stay, close to everything, clean and comfortable condo. Raquel and Brad are wonderful hosts and want your stay as comfortable as possible. If you need them, they will get back to you promptly. We would definitely stay there again!

Park Shore

This was a wonderful place to stay ! The location is perfect. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was great. Raquel and Brad answered any questions we had immediately and were so kind throughout the entire process. The condo was immaculate and had all items that were needed for our stay. Exceeded Our Expectations

We had never been in South Florida or in Naples but chose to go there for part of our break from the Ohio winter. We anticipated enjoyment of the warm Florida sunshine in a quiet, relaxing get away for just the two of us. But we also enjoy great restaurants, meeting new friends, and safe places to walk and enjoy tropical plants and birds. Needless to say, we were not disappointed! In fact, Raquel and Brad's condo far exceeded our expectations. We found the accommodations beautifully decorated with a Naples/Florida theme which came with a fully functional kitchen, flat screen TV's, WiFi, etc. All of this made for a very homey abode. Our hopes for safe walking and enjoyable food were fully satisfied by our location in Park Shore Resort with our strolls on quaint boardwalk trails that line the shore of a small lake inside the Resort. In the center of the lake is an island where guests can enjoy swimming, grilling, and exquisite dining at Hogfish Harry's. We were also within walking distance to the beach where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset.
