Welcome to the place where charm meets modern elegance. Convenient location for your classy and comfortable stay! Renovated 3BD and 2 BTH impeccably furnished house with attention to every detail. The home boasts a huge covered outdoor porch overlooking the salt water heated pool and landscaped lawn which allows you to maximize outdoor living.
Very convenient location to everywhere: Located East of US 41, just 10 minutes from the famed Fifth Avenue shops and restaurants of Old Naples, short drive to Naples and Marco island beaches, a mile from East Naples Community Park where Annual Minto US OPEN Pickleball Championships are held. 10 minutes away from championship golf courses: Mustang and Flamingo. The property is located within walking distance of Sugden Regional Park. This water front park boasts the beautiful view of Lake Avalon with one of Collier County’s only fresh water beaches. Water skiing and sailing classes for able bodied and special needs individuals are offered throughout the year at this park. This park is the location of the very popular 4th of July Celebration, held every July to celebrate Parks and Recreation month.

My girls and I spent spring break and Easter at the ("Edgy Modern house with Heated Salt Water Pool") in Naples. Dovile was a great host! Good location for whatever style of vacation was desired (we do a little bit of it all, night life, exploring and beach dwelling). Dovile pivoted and was able to modify my stay on short notice which was awesome. Most importantly though, my family wasn't just welcomed, we were expected like we belonged and this space is just for you.

Clean home. Loved the back yard private space, patio and pool. 3 bedrooms with king beds worked great & 2 full bathrooms. House was fully furnished with everything needed including beach chairs & umbrella & towels! A short drive to the ocean & beach. Washer & dryer available at the house.

The property was very beautiful!, It exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay. The yard was perfect for our pup. The host was awesome to work with. When our flights home where canceled due to weather the host extended our stay with the early discount we got with our original booking. I would defiantly book this property again.

The house had everything we needed for our stay. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was stocked with condiments, spices, coffee and filters, and beverages in the refrigerator. Beds & sofa were comfortable and the water pressure was great. The pool wasn’t warm enough to get too far in, but we stayed during a cold snap. Backyard layout was very spacious & nicely decorated. The house was just a few blocks from the botanical garden and US pickleball courts.

Love This Property!

Thoughtfully laid out, well appointed space with beautiful interior & outdoor living space. Very comfortable experience for my adult family of 5. Home is in a modest neighborhood with grocery store and other go-to’s nearby, and an easy drive to downtown Naples. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Very nice home ! Nice heated pool !

We had two couples and it worked great for us 3 king size beds, 2 baths with Rainshower heads . Unbelievable kitchen amenities- from Airfryer, coffee bean grinder, Etc. Everything we needed was there . We were very happy with Edgy Modern Home.

Nice property with all the necessities

We stayed over Thanksgiving for 4 days as a family of 5. The three bedrooms with 2 baths was a good size. The outdoor space is also great to eat meals and relax.

Edgy modern

We enjoyed our stay at the edgy modern home. The pool was dirty and the floors inside were also dirty and some of the wood slats moved in the hallway pretty significantly. We really enjoyed the king beds and fans in each of the rooms. Overall really great home.

One of the best houses i’ve stayed at!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house is beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures, everything was so clean, and check in process was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here while in Naples. I won’t be booking anywhere else when we come back here!

Fabulous detached house in E Naples

This is a well appointed 3BR one story house with a pool and a very private backyard. Very clean, nice beds and modern bathrooms. Great location. And an excellent value. We’ve rented multiple houses in Naples and this is at the top of our list!
