This property is in a prime location, walking distance to the causeway and sandy waterfront access! We are located on Long Lake belonging to a small association of 5 cottages sharing a sandy common area with clean shallow swimming making our rental area ideal for swimmers of any ability. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and an arcade. Wintering here is a blast with snowmobiling, ice fishing, nearby skiing, an indoor pool nearby, and several restaurants in Naples & Bridgton. We have the best spot for the 4th of July firework's viewing as the barge lets them off across the way from our beach front.
You can find yourself; boating, kayaking, jet skiing, or fishing by day and enjoying the nights out for dinner, live music, or a cruise on the Songo River Queen. (Spring / Summer Season only).
There is something for everyone here with all the location has to offer.

Great house and location for summer getaway in Maine.

Check in was really easy. Just used the provided door code, and the house was ready for us. It was very clean with nice appliances and furniture. The place was great for a relaxing, weeklong summer trip in Maine with the family. We swam, cooked out, hit some restaurants, putt-putt, and ice cream all within walking distance. Highlight was the daily morning walk to get coffee on the causeway. Grill, kitchen and fire pit were perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice Cottage

Very nice cottage on long lake and very close to causeway. It was larger than i expected and closer to the water than i expected. Loved our stay and would go back there.

Great spot - even better hosts!

great last minute decision, was nervous about renting on a common property with others (we always rent a stand alone house, lakefront with own dock), we like quiet and peaceful vs. party atmosphere. I was super relieved and surprised frankly, great privacy, good chats with other folks, and felt as if we owned the place. No issues at all, quite, peaceful and convenient!

Great stay!

My friends and family had an amazing stay at this property! Tons of things to do for our kids. The kitchen was completely stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. we highly recommend staying in this cute, lake town!

beautiful lake time

The location was great for walking everywhere, especially to ice cream. The dock and chairs are great for watching the sunrise/sunset and just hanging out. The water was beautiful and it was nice to relax and float for a few hours! The Town Beach is right next door with a little playground that my grandson loved. It was perfect for a quiet vacation for my 50th birthday. The owners were easy to communicate with and the property was great. Beds were comfortable and plenty of face clothes and towels. Property was well-equipped with everything we needed.

Whole family loved it

Newly remodeled- super clean and comfortable. Well stocked and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We were there mainly to ski and shawnee was an easy 20-25 minute ride. Must be a beautiful spot in the summer.
