This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage home is located just 3 blocks away from the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach (voted one of the top 10 in the country). The cottage is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in light 'sea, salt and sand’ colors, with mostly Pottery Barn furniture. Its warm and inviting ambience with many updates, which includes a PRIVATE heated resort style pool and spa, a quiet fenced backyard a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite countertops throughout as well as a screened lanai will leave you feeling right at home. It also delivers appealing amenities such as a flat-screen TV and high speed internet throughout the home. The sun deck features lounge chaises, a teak outdoor dining table seating six as well as a classic one touch original Weber charcoal grill.

Within a short stroll you will find great amenities at ‚The Mercato’ – an outstanding pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center with a dozen diverse eateries among them The Capital Grille, BRAVO!, McCormick & Schmick’s and over 20 upscale retailers. In addition to the many shopping opportunities, Mercato delivers with a luxury cinema - the ‘Silverspot’, the natural and organic grocery store Whole Foods, monthly music, other events and many more options for memorable nights out. This ‘Beach Cottage’ home provides all you need for your vacation within true walking distance.

The house is welcoming when you walk in and the pool area is great. You have plenty of everything in the kitchen area that you would need and everything was immaculate. Location was perfect and the owner was there for any questions you might have. I recommend the White Cottage highly.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a great time and felt right at home. Any questions were immediately answered. The house is close to the beach. You can either walk or drive. There is a parking garage right next to the beach. Plenty of beach gear in the house. The pool is amazing. We would love to stay again. Our family had a great time.

We had the BEST time at the White Cottage in Naples! Thank you Marion for being so accommodating and welcoming. We loved the convenient location. The beach was close by and the shops and restaurants were less than 10 minutes away. We are so thankful for a beautiful place to stay and enjoy Naples!

This is our 2nd year staying at the White Cottage. It was just as wonderful this time as last. The house is beautifully decorated yet comfy and functional. The pool is an outdoor oasis. A hidden gem in my opinion. The host, Marion is so kind and responsive. You can tell she really cares about her guests. Highly recommend!

Great pool and location!

We chose the right house for our family of four to spend a week in Naples! The pool is fantastic. It's bigger than most in the neighborhood and has an attractive design. We spent more time in it than we planned to! The location is great. We easily walked to Vanderbilt beach in 10 minutes and there was ample parking when we preferred to drive. The house has three bedrooms and two full baths, which were great for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Finally, the hosts were fantastic. They were very attentive when we had a question and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went well. I eagerly recommend staying at this property and would definitely do so again! However, I should mention that there is a neighbor who does not like living next to a rental. Despite the fact that community quiet hours start at 10 (a reasonable time and a rule I appreciate greatly), he felt entitled to tell us that because he goes to bed at 9:30 we needed to be quiet by then. He has a lit sign (on his property, facing the rental) that says QUIET NO HOT TUB AT DARK. Clearly he has had some problems with renters in the past and hasn't figured out how to deal with them. I empathize -- there are plenty of rowdy vacationers who are inconsiderate of other people. I would not let him stop me from renting this place, but I would introduce myself on the first day to get things started on the right foot. I think he's a good guy, just frustrated.It's a great place!!

Incredible Location !

We loved the White Cottage. The house has a stunning pool with Jacuzzi. We loved, that we could walk to the Metcato Shops with really nice wine bars and restaurants. Vanderbilt beach is in walking distance too. We found everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, umbrella & cooler.Great communication with Marion.Super nice place!Highly recommend.

Great backyard!

The pool was definitely a highlight of our trip—beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. The house is well-stocked with everything you might need. The host provides all the essentials for a beach day, including umbrellas, chairs, toys, and even a wagon. Great location too—just 13 minutes from the beach.

Wonderful property!

Property was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We didn’t travel with small kids but it would be perfect for little ones. There is even a guest room with a crib and twin bed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows too. So many things close by, including the beach!! Pool at house is very nice and they provide so many pool/beach items. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Getaway – Truly a 5-Star Experience!

We had the most wonderful vacation at this beautiful home in Naples, Florida! It was perfect for our family.The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with everything we could possibly need. The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the whole family – our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed on the sun loungers. The outdoor space is peaceful, private, and perfect for family BBQs in the evening.The location couldn’t be better – just a short drive to the beach, and close to shops, restaurants, and plenty of activities for all ages. We loved how easy it was to explore Naples, but we also found ourselves wanting to just stay and enjoy the house!Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond. You can really feel the care and attention to detail throughout the home – it’s truly set up for families to feel comfortable and relaxed.We can’t wait to come back. If you’re traveling with kids and looking for a vacation rental with a pool, hot tub, and beach nearby – look no further. This place is a gem!

Great Spot!!

Awesome property! Great pool, hot tub and location. They have all the beach stuff you need to walk down including wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys, etc. Kitchen fully stocked and bedrooms were great.
