Thank you for your interest in my vacation rental.

Come and enjoy this great house! Just .6 miles to the beach. If you’re looking for the perfect get away for one, two or the whole family this is the home. Walk or bike ride(4 bikes included) to beautiful Vanderbilt beach or Wiggins State Park/ beach. The open concept brings the whole family together. Perfect for family gatherings. Freshly painted, all new furniture, bedding, linens, kitchenware and appliances. There's a quiet lanai over looking a beautiful inground pool. Back yard is completely fenced in. Enjoy endless choices of restaurants, shopping and activities.

Note: Making two payments is available for full month bookings, Jan, Feb and March.

We had a great time staying here and making great family memories. The pool was fabulous! Neil was a great host and communicated quickly and was very accommodating. The bikes were fun and since the the beach was close, we rode them every morning to watch the sun rise. Lots of great beach accessories, too. Highly recommend staying there and will definitely return soon!

Cozy little bungalow that was sparkling clean, even the garage. All the comforts of home and the 4 of us were very content. Not far from Bonita, Ft Myers and we drove up to Sanibel. Great stay!

What a perfect stay this was! This house is immaculate and inviting and there is loads of room for everything you need to do. The location is ideal for the beaches and downtown. So close to shops and restaurants and everything. Loved the heated pool. It was like having our own little oasis. We stayed here for four days, and the amenities were perfect for two people who wanted to hit the beach and go out to dinner and just relax. The hosts were lovely and accommodating and this entire stay was just easy as pie. There is not one negative thing about this place or the hosts. Everything you could want or need is there. Absolutely 100% loved it! We can't wait to come back!!!

This was a lovely location in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the proximity to the beach. The bikes were such a fun addition and the beach chairs were also very handy. The house was very clean and the pool was great.

The host was outstanding to work with. They supplied great information up front and responded quickly to any additional questions. The host had many beach items - chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, etc, for us to use at the beach. The house was fantastic for our family of 6. Very functional between the bedrooms, bathrooms, and many seating areas throughout. The pool was a hit with the family and fun to use anytime we weren’t at the beach. The host and house made for a great trip to Florida in the winter time!!!

We had a most pleasant stay at the Cozy Beach House this week. The place was immaculate with absolutely nothing overlooked, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Since we flew in from PA, we had limited space for towels, beach chairs, etc. All of that and more was happily provided. The pool was a nice surprise, too- new, clean, lit in the evenings, and warm, too! Location was great, too, being close to beaches and the Mercado. All in all a great place to stay. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

The house was in a very nice location. The first thing we noticed is how well the grounds were kept. Once we walked inside the place was very clean. And very well decorated.The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs. The amenities the host provided were amazing. They had everything you needed for the day at the beach from beach chairs. Beach towels, coolers, beach umbrellas, 4 bikes and a few beach toys for the kids. The location was perfect. 5 min drive to the beach. Shopping and restraints close by. I would highly recommend this place and we would absolutely stay here again.

The house was lovely. The pool was comfortable and a definite perk, though my favorite feature was the screened porch areas on both the front and back of the house. The property was spacious, and it was easily accessible. There was access to everything you needed within a 5-10 minute drive. The only thing I would mention is that the listing mentions a hot tub, but there was none at the time of our visit.

A perfect beach house!

The Cozy Beach House was perfect for our vacation! The house was meticulously clean, well maintained, spacious, nicely decorated, and very cozy! The host, Neil was quick to reply to mesages and accomidating to our needs. The house was supplied with everything we needed, even things for the pool and the beach (chairs, umbrellas, rafts, sand toys,beach towels, ect.) The best part of the day was relaxing in our private pool! I highly recommend this house!

Fantastic home. Very well equipped. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into providing everything you might need. About a mile from the beach. The owner even provided beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). Pool was awesome. A few days we had off and on rain so the pool was a better option than the beach. Always nice to have options.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Strand benötigt und auch die Fahrräder sind Top. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir können es nur empfehlen.

Great house close to beach and stores

Recently stayed here for a long girls weekend. There were only 2 of us so we had plenty of space. I have stayed in other rentals in this same neighborhood many times and it is so quiet and great for walking or bike riding. The beds were comfortable, the bath towels were soft and fluffy, the house was clean, and the pool was fabulous. It even came with some pool inflatables and a pump to inflate them. The beach chairs and umbrella were in good working order and the bikes were some of the best bikes I've seen in a rental in this neighborhood.One thing I noticed was there was no in the kitchen drawer with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or plastic sandwich type bags. I've not been in a rental that didn't have any of these things. They did have salt and pepper and a starter of toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap and dishwashing pods. They did not supply any laundry soap, which was fine. Just noting it for others who plan to stay here so they can plan ahead. There was a basic supply of cookware/utensils but if I was staying for a long term, I would consider bringing some extra things or purchasing some reusable containers for leftovers.I would definitely recommend staying here again. Check in/out was very easy and Neil was great to communicate with throughout the whole process.
