FULLY REMODELED APRIL 2025!! Very clean, all new inside beach home on most wanted 500 block-1mile to Vanderbilt beach, relaxing duplex for families/couples with large fenced backyard. Only min from Mercato dining & entertainment, Whole Foods & Trader Joes and also Delnor Wiggins Beach. kitchen with all necessities. Safe and quiet area of Naples. 2 bedrooms/2 baths, sleeps 6 comfortable in beds. Pack&Play provided for your little one. Towels and essentials provided. WIFI, ROKU Smart TV, comfy couch for TV watching. Bikes, lawn chairs, washer and dryer provided

No carpet. Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, playing golf or laying at the beach. Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach home. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed and a twin bed. Each bedroom has their own bathroom attached to it. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top. We offer WIFI and ROKU Smart TV
Perfect place for a mini romantic getaway, family trip or a vacation by yourself. 5 grocery store options within 2 miles. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Super Walmart, and 2 Publix. Very near the house ( less than 2 miles) are Mercato Shops providing plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, movies and much much more! The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet. It is a pet friendly neighborhood so you will see pet walkers on any given day. Bikes available for you to use. You are only a short ride to the beach!

Make sure you make time to watch the sunset at the beach and check out Food and Thought for healthy food and snacks! Old Naples is a must see as well. Dolphins are usually swimming at the beach 1-2 hours before sunset!

Great location!! Easy walk to the beach each morning!! Quiet location. Nice yard and patio. House has been beautifully updated. Such a blessing to have a separate space for my adult son and myself while in town visiting my mother. We can’t wait till our next visit to Naples!!

Great Little House!

Just stayed here this weekend for a girls trip. The home was fully stocked and the towels and linens were excellent condition! That is always important to me. The beds were comfortable, but I am a pillow snob so just should have brought my own pillow. I only gave 4 stars due to the fact that the yards grass is dead while the other homes around it had nice healthy grass, I didn’t know it was a duplex until I already booked the property, and the refrigerator does not have an ice maker and that is a HUGE necessity in Florida. The beach is really only a mile away so that was perfect and it is close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Really a nice location. We also absolutely LOVED the two master suites set up with borne bedrooms having an attached bathroom and also being on opposite sides of the home. Made for more peaceful sleep! Very quiet neighborhood. Great beach getaway!

Naples Park vacation

Two days before arrival, we found out that original property we rented as not available due to unexpected renovations needed from burst pipe. We had to split our month long stay across 2 different properties that host had available. Properties were very clean and communication with host was excellent but there were issues (e.g. no lights in kitchen/ bath for 2 days and other smaller issues). Host did resolve as fast as she could and reimbursed us somewhat but it did put a damper on our Florida vacation.

Great getaway

The images don’t do the backyard justice, it’s big and spacious. This feature is important to my family and I because we’re traveling with our pups. The property as a whole was very clean. The location was also perfect, very close to the beach. Parking was on the private side. The host responded quickly. All in all this was a very positive experience.

Biggest bang for your buck in the Naples area!

The owner of this property was absolutely amazing the home was in incredible shape and fully fulfilled every word of the listing. It is close to absolutely everything and a stone's throw from the beach makes it perfect you get that quiet neighborhood feel with the on the beach vibe. I would recommend this home to absolutely anyone and everyone considering going to Naples or any of it surrounding areas. We extended an additional day just because of how hard it was for us to leave the condo and Naples area lol. I'm not sure if I've already said it but absolutely amazing experience and will definitely be back again

Nice stay in Naples

Convenient location to beach, shopping and restaurants but in a quiet area. Nice open, split bedroom layout, clean and comfortable. Host was very pleasant and responsive! We had everything we needed. We happily used the supplied beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels on beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. The beach themed decor is carried throughout the unit :)

Relaxing trip to Naples was a success

Our family drove two days to get to Naples for a college visit for our youngest daughter. It was impromptu during Spring Break so we were so happy the home was available. The home was well stocked and lovely. The only problem was a very tiny charcoal grill (the size of a plate) that was available and no charcoal. Also, having never been to Naples we would have liked some communication about the beach parking situation. We had to learn by trial and error which wastes precious time when you are on vacation. We were very happy to have the bikes. That was the reason I chose this house because of the bikes!

Stayed for a week.

The property was clean, as described, and the location was nice. Added bonus was the bikes available to renters. We had a lot of unexpected fun riding down to the beachfront spending the afternoon and watching the sunset. I had a question, contacted the host and she quickly responded with the answer. We would stay at this property again.

Everything was great. It’s a wonderful area for bike riding. You can access the beach, grocery stores, and many restaurants by bike. If you only get around by car, beach parking can be tricky.

It was a nice little apartment and I would stay there again. The backyard was not completely fenced in however. I don't know whether the fence that was missing belonged to the VRBO or the neighbor.

great trip for a weekend!

The stay was great overall - clean, in a great location, and exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay. Only issue was with the second shower head the water pressure wasn’t very good but we were all able to share the other shower so it wasn’t a big deal at all!

Safe, clean, cozy and convenient to all of the fun in North Naples

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we entered the home. It was clean and so comfortable. The owner was thoughtful in providing so many household items for all of your needs. No need to get your own dish soap, garbage bags, shampoo and other toiletries. The owner even provided bikes, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to carry all of your stuff. WOW! All of those things that you may not have thought to pack. We would stay here again! We loved it!

Good and bad

The location is good as it’s close to everything. Parking was fine. We didn’t hear the people in duplex at all. House is very sparsely furnished compared to what we are used to the last few years renting in Naples. House interior could use some paint and holes/repairs fixed. Giant (I mean huge) cockroach in house - didn’t see others. We have a few bites that we are checking all of our things for to make sure we didn’t bring home any bugs.
