  • This spacious and inviting 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home is located in one of the most highly sought after communities in Lely Resort, The Majors. With recently refreshed furniture and all new staging and decor by an interior designer, this home is ready to welcome its first guests! The preserve view allows for a very private setting while enjoying the very spacious and well furnished lanai with family and friends in the Florida sun.

    Lely Resort is a private golf course community with an optional transfer if you are staying 30 days or longer to have access to the world-class 20,000 sq. ft. Player's Club & Spa where you will find a lap pool & waterfall, children's water park, lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, spa & massage services, theater room, restaurant, Tiki bar and poolside waiter service! You will also have access to some of the best golf courses Naples has to offer, the Mustang and Flamingo Island Golf courses.

    Prepare for paradise when you enter this home with a spacious lanai and built in grill to a fully equipped chef's kitchen and an open floor plan living space, you may never want to leave! The master suite boasts a king size bed on top of plush carpet and multiple oversize windows overlooking the pool area with a private bathroom ensuite.

    The second and third bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home from the master suite to allow for maximum privacy. Another king bed is offered in the second bedroom and you will find two twin beds in the third. Between the second and third bedrooms is a full bathroom to be shared with a tub and shower combo. The fourth bedroom is converted from a den and now offers a queen bed and a flat TV and directly across the hall you will find the full bathroom with access to the pool and lanai area.

    **If you are renting 30 days or longer, you can elect to get a “Short-Term Rental” transfer for a fee of $375 + 7% tax (charged to owner member account).

    Tenant will have their own account and cards but will have to pay at time of service with Credit Card – no member charge privileges.**

This place was great. Nice gated community. Kitchen was well equipped and had spices and olive oil and the basics for cooking. Master bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in shower was great. Pool and hot tub added more fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation in Naples

The property was spacious, clean, furnished and decorated really well and with all the amenities we needed. The pool was fantastic. The location was amazing. Beautiful, clean, safe and quiet, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Superb!

This home away from home is equipped for an excellent vacation. Its location is within minutes of shopping, restaurants and activities for everyone. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. We especially enjoyed relaxing around the pool and hope to return in the future!

Great Vacation Home at Lely Resort

We have stayed in homes at Lely Resort for several years and this home is definitely our favorite. Pool area is expansive and private. The home was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as well.

A slice of heaven

Property is beautiful with pool, hot tub and many amenities. Fabulous location, close to excellent golf, very relaxing and everything we could have hoped for. We hope to be back soon. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples.

Relax in Comfort

We recently had the opportunity to visit the Lely Resort and Spla and stay in a gorgeous home. Everything was perfect. Check-in was easy, and the property management team was terrific. The house, pool, and other amenities were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-supplied with all the necessities for our vacation. We absolutely loved it.

We had an awesome time! Initially the pool heater wasn’t on but they were able to fix it within the first day we checked in but other than that we had no problems at all! Our whole family enjoyed it!

Birthday Celebration

Property well maintained, pool was great, been visiting Lely for 20 years and as always Players Club did not disappoint!!! Fantastic time had by all. A special thanks to Katelyn at Marco Island Rentals for helping make our visit go smoothly. Hope to be back to this fabulous property next year!

The home is gorgeous and beautifully appointed. The pool setting is very private and serene. Just wonderful with a variety of seating options. The neighborhood is gated and very private. Wonderful for walking. And the location is fantastic. Near the very best features that Naples affords.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing time staying at this location. Anything we could have needed was supplied. Beach chairs, cooking supplies, bikes to enjoy the neighborhood, and much more. My family and I spent much time in the back by the pool. We swam and enjoying every meal we cooked at the house back there; it's quite serene. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great place

We enjoyed our second stay here. They could use a few throw blankets for use in the living room area, in order to not rob all the beds of their top quilts for cozying up in front of the tv. Also, I had to buy laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Otherwise, this place is wonderful!

Beautiful home.

We were very happy with home. It is nicely decorated, clean and very well supplied. The only suggestion we have is that you should have a toaster oven instead of toaster. We had to put on oven to warm and/or toast something. Toaster oven is more useful.

Fantastic villa

We have had the most fabulous family vacation in a house that’s exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos do not do the house and especially the outdoor area justice. Beautifully presented, immaculately clean and wonderfully equipped with top appliances, this house has everything to make it ideal for a perfect family vacation. The team at Marco Naples Vacation Rentals have been amazing and I have to mention Katelyn who has gone above and beyond to make our holiday stress free. I bombarded her with so many questions and she came back everytime with a cheerful, positive and helpful response. We will most definitely be back.
