This beautiful Cape Cod style home, circa 1932, is conveniently located on one of Napa's main roads. It is a 3000 square foot four bedroom / 3 full bath character home that is imbued with a grace and charm befitting an earlier era. The storybook staircase leads you to the second level. This comfortably elegant home offers beautiful hardwood floors and woodwork. The large dining room features an exquisite built-in hutch and is ideal for gatherings of family and friends. This home also affords two large entertaining areas, one that can be privately closed off and used as a fifth sleeping "bedroom" with two twin roll-away beds. Whether its convenience to Napa Valley wineries, restaurants and shops, or a special retreat for a gathering of family and friends.

My husband, myself and 4 of our friends stayed here for BottleRock weekend and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and space, common areas were perfect. It was technically walkable to the venue, but we usually did a Lyft or a pedicab. But very walkable to the store, hikes and baby goats!!!! 10/10 Recommend!

We stayed at this location for a Bachelorette weekend in Napa. The location was super close to downtown and a perfect pick-up spot for wine tasting. It fit 10 girls well and had the amenities we needed. Cute and charming. Would stay here again. Laura was so easy to speak to and responded quickly to any questions.

This home was exactly what we were looking for, somewhere close to Downtown, Yountville, and the wineries. The home was clean and bigger than expected, plenty of room for a group of 6. Everything we needed but most importantly, communication was seamless from start to finish. We’ll definitely stay here when we visit again. Thank you, Laura for an amazing stay!

We had family from Texas coming to visit and we wanted to spend some time exploring the Napa Valley. This home was a great base for wine tasting etc. Very comfortable...the 4 queen bedrooms were perfect. We did find that First Street is very busy, and there is noticeable street noise in the early am, but nothing that wouldn't keep us from going back to this great home.

Super clean, beautiful, and very comfortable home. It is a nice walk to downtown Napa, convenient location for getting around the Napa valley by car as well. It was so nice to have a room for everyone in our group. Would definitely stay there again.

I can’t say enough great things about this house. We had 8 adults for a birthday celebration!!!! There was plenty of space for everyone!!! This house was centrally located, very spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen had all amenities we needed to make meals. Loved that there were multiple gathering spots, especially if you needed a quiet spot to work. The house was very clean as well. Definitely a house I’d go back to. The host was very quick to respond with questions. Thank you Laura!!

Has been tradition for a few years to meet up with friends for Labor Day. Had a great break away from home - enjoyed everything Napa has to offer from a base close to town. House was very well furnished and allowed plenty of space for 3 couples + 1 adult child.

Great property, everything was clean and plenty of space for 4 couples. The pull out couch was a little wonky and not a flat surface to sleep on. Everything else great! Full kitchen and plenty of board games, and great location close to downtown Napa!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Napa! The house was located very close to downtown Napa and very accessible to many different vineyards. The space was huge and all of the beds were very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space! We would stay here again!

Super easy to check in. Lots of space for a group. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath items. Great gas stove if you like to cook. Only negative is street noise with front bedrooms. And, not to seem picky but it really needs a professional sprayer for the kitchen sink.

Our family stayed here over Christmas. One of our 3 adult children had to work several days over Christmas week at a nearby medical center and the house was close enough that she could join us when not working. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us (all adults) and our big dog, and really enjoyed the character of the older house and its furnishings. The house was very clean and well supplied. The neighborhood provides easy access to the rest of Napa and the Bay Area, however it is on a busy street and traffic continues until late at night and starts early morning, so bring some kind of ear coverings if you are a light sleeper (4 of the 5 of us did not even notice). There are quite a few stairs to get to the bedrooms, so be advised if you have mobility issues. It is an older home and did not have heating vents in all the rooms so at times got a bit chilly. We did ok wearing sweaters and lighting the fireplace (bring your own matches or lighter). The hosts put up a Christmas tree which we really appreciated and it helped us feel very festive and at home for holiday. Overall a great choice & would recommend.

My friends and I had a great stay here! Would 100% recommend this home! Such a cute 2-story home. Kitchen is modern and the rest of the house feels like an Italian villa. The host was very pleasant and allowed us to check in early. She was quick with responding to messages and was gracious. This house has everything you need for a weekend getaway or even a long stay! Only downside was that the house was a little dusty and we couldn’t find a broom, but other than that, 5/5 stars! Also, it is located in a great area, a short drive to downtown Napa and wineries. There’s an ample amount of street parking on the main road as well so that was convenient for my group. I would definitely recommend staying at this home!

We went with 3 other couples and everyone was very pleased with the house. Good location to downtown Napa. The host was friendly and on point. No problems with the stay what so ever. We would certainly visit the home again.
