Located just off Silverado Trail, this sleek 1BR condo is your ideal Napa getaway. Spend sunny days by the Silverado pool, or purchase a day pass to enjoy the world-class spa nearby.

Interior highlights include a sparkling full kitchen, all-new furniture and flooring, and a wood-burning fireplace. Two private patios offer quiet retreats.

** If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent studio as well. **

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the open living area where a sofa and armchair await. Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV by the glow of the wood-burning fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the gourmet kitchen, complete with ample counter space and a full suite of appliances. When dinner is served, the dining table seats four.

This ground-floor condo sleeps two.

Your bedroom boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

An additional patio off the living area is ideal for sipping morning coffee.

Just steps from your door, the sparkling community pool is 4' deep and open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and coin-operated laundry facilities are provided.

Unassigned parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.

While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.

Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.

Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Vacasa if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This unit was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was with the door lock mechanism. The buttons didn't always work well, and we had to re-enter a seven digit code four times to get into the unit. Besides that issue, we would stay here again.

Comfortable and well furnished one bedroom condo. Communication with the property manager regarding access was perfect. Would definitely stay there again. The only issues were with the Wi-Fi and the unit could have used more towels.

Beautiful grounds! Primary reason for the trip was a music festival but I’ll need to come back for some golf! The location is the key and the unit was very comfortable for two guests.

Not able to get in unit day of checkin. Unit not clean as it should be, not furnished as photo. No promised supplies and worst of all someone came in the unit moved things around out left a backpack. No help from mgt company Many more problems

Terrible check in

We arrived at night only to find that the door code they sent us to access the condo was incorrect. We were about to go stay at a nearby hotel for the night because we thought no one would answer. We sat on hold for about 1.5hrs before it was resolved and we finally got into our room. This seems to be something that has happened recently to others because i read about the same issue on their review. It was great other than this but it just set the trip off to a bad start from the beginning.

Access Code issues

This unit is very well equipped and in a great location. More towels would be nice. Floor appeared clean, but after wiping spills up with white towel, it was actually filthy. We could not access our unit for several hours because access code was wrong. It was 92 degrees out and disrupted our dinner reservations. Someone from property management got back to us and walked us through the lockbox access. Upon leaving the lock box would not close. The actual keypad/door key is a really special one... Probably should be replaced. Yard maintenance was done on Friday morning and person mowing would stop, text, stop, test and stop and text.. Took a lot more time than necessary and was extremely loud. Kitchen was well stocked, minus not having a wine opener... Very comfortable bed!!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay here. The check in/out times were a little far apart, not in until 4pm and out by 10am so not even half a day worth on our first and last days there, and we couldn't get an early flight so had to kill a lot of time after checking out. The property is in a golf resort so you'd probably love it if you golf (we don't however, but it was still nice). The BED was the BEST part of this, it was so comfortable like I can't even find words to emphasize how much you'll love it. The only problem we had was someone above us doing jumping jacks at 5:30am on a Saturday and right above where the bed was positioned, so that was rude, but nobody's fault really. The Wifi it listed was old info or something because the network and password didn't work, but we found one that did not require a password easily enough and just used that. TVs aren't smart so no Netflix apps and such, just cable. Overall though it was very nice I'd still recommend it.

Napa weekend getaway

The properties on the Silverado Resort and Spa are the perfect location for visiting Napa Valley. Located very close to the Silverado Trail , where In my option,has some of the very best wineries in Napa Valley. Apartments are spacious and contains everything one would need to feel right at home.

3 week get away

The apartment was a nice place to enjoy a quiet, 3-week winter get away to Napa. The apartment was well equipped and clean, and management was polite, responsive and speedy. We enjoyed having the Silverado market and The Grill so close by. The Market’s morning pastries, breakfast offerings, pizzas and coffee were an added bonus to this location. We found it to be very well-priced, especially for the Napa and Silverado area.

Beautiful stay in Napa

Perfect location for a family trip extension for just my husband and I. Nice setting, situated well for some wine visits and great dining!! Only suggestion is for cleaning the cobwebs on ceiling and floor corners and sweep & mop the floors!!!

Dirty room, nice location

Room was filthy when we arrived, floor was so dirty feet literally turned black walking around the home. There was discarded food under the nightstand, significant dust under bed. Shower didn’t drain quickly so when we took a shower you had to stand in 5-6 inches of water, hot water only comes on when turned to cold. No bathing soap was provided and we had half a roll of toilet paper for a 4 day trip until we said something and it came half way through the vacation. Resort is older but well maintained, nice pool areas.
