The cottage was ideal. It is close to town yet tucked away, quiet and private. kendra and Phil are very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Perfect size & walking distance to town

Perfect spot for our stay! Cottage was clean & had all the things we needed. Could walk to town and the beach for a quick swim. Great communication with the host & would definitely stay again!

Idyllic Mom Break

We had a lovely time celebrating our 40th birthdays and taking a Mom break at this beautiful property! Clean and comfortable, we could walk into town easily. Kendra was a delight to work with, super responsive, and flexible as we arrived earlier than expected. Such a gem - we will be back for sure!

Wonderful September Escape

We just spent a long weekend in this wonderful space near 5 Corners in Nantucket. Immaculate, comfortable, well-equipped and nicely decorated space. Easy Uber ride into center of town. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

The cottage was perfect, clean and impeccably maintained. Everything we needed was there and everything from the linens to the beach chairs and beach towels were good quality and like new. The yard and gardens were well manicured and even though it was a 3 home property, we had great privacy. Our host was quick to respond to the one question we had during the week! We will stay there again for sure. We loved it!!!!

Perfect Spot Near Town!

2 girlfriends and I stayed here in early June and it was perfect! The cottage is so cute, clean and updated, the check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were immediately reachable when needed. Easily walkable to town. It was a great stay and we would all highly recommend!

Perfect Rental!

This property was perfect for a couple. The yard was stunning, and we especially enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We had a car and appreciated having a parking spot for the week! Even with a car, we opted to walk to town a few times each day as the walk was both beautiful and quick. This was our favorite rental we’ve stayed in in Nantucket and would recommend this property to anyone! We would love to stay again.

Lovely cottage close to town!

The cottage was exactly as it was advertised. The location is excellent and the garden was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them The place is very well supplied. My only suggestion would be to get new, better quality pillows for the beds. We highly recommend the cottage! We hope to return

We can't wait to go bACK!

Boyers Ally is a gem! It was the perfect space for my family both indoors (where we spent a rainy day) and outdoors enjoying the deck and beautiful yard. We truly felt like we were staying at home having all the amenities needed from being able to cook a meal (fully functional kitchen and grill) or head out for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, cooler). The home is beautifully decorated and quiet despite being in a central location. Very easy to get into town or go in the other direction for another shopping center that has everything you need. Communication was easy and clear and the home was very clean. We'll be back!

Amazing!!

From the moment we arrived we loved this cottage! Gorgeous gardens (the little bunnies were an added treat!), lovely outside deck, private, 12/13 minute walk to town and such nice home decor! The kitchen has everything you’ll need, as well as a beautiful washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs. We couldn’t have been happier with this property! Oh, and the owner is amazing! Very quick responses, kind and understanding! A 6 out of 5 stars!!

Lovely little cottage

The cottage was neat and clean, had everything you need for a short stay. Walkable to downtown area. The yard was immaculate and filled with flowers, bunnies and birds! Would recommend and would come back.

Fantastic property!

The photos do not do this lovely cottage justice - it’s just perfect. Modern amenities, whistle clean, comfortable beds and bedding, and stunning outdoor deck and grounds. Interior is stocked with everything you need, including beach towels and chairs. It is a very easy 15 minute stroll into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Additionally, the owners responded immediately to our queries prior to arrival.
