  • Hermosa casa de nueva construcción decorada cerca de las playas de Surfside y Nobadeer. Grandes espacios privados al aire libre. Piscina climatizada de agua salada, pozo de fuego, pérgola con muchos asientos y salones en el patio delantero. Cancha de bochas, mesa de comedor al aire libre, parrilla de gas Weber y ducha al aire libre en la parte trasera.
    Sótano: gran sala de juegos con mesa de billar, juego de tejo de 9 ', sistema de música sonos, minibar con refrigerador y TV de 82 ". También una sala de juegos más pequeña, más orientada a adolescentes / niños con mini bolos, mesa de futbolín, cuatro máquinas recreativas con miles de juegos retro. También hay una mesa con 6 asientos ideales para juegos de mesa familiares.

    Primer piso: cocina del chef con estufa de gas y horno doble, barra de desayuno, comedor, sala de estar, lavandería, tocador, dormitorio principal con cama King y baño con ducha de vidrio.

    El segundo piso tiene dos dormitorios. Dormitorio uno con cama de matrimonio con vista a la piscina, rincón de lectura, baño con ducha acristalada y bañera maravillosa. Dos dormitorios con 2 camas dobles y 2 camas nido dobles, y baño con ducha con mampara de vidrio.

    Todas las habitaciones tienen TV, wifi / internet de alta velocidad y baño propio. Aire / calefacción central, lavaplatos, microondas, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora Electrolux, estacionamiento fuera de la calle, hogar en una calle sin salida. Our stay was fantastic- the house was clean and full of amenities. Joao was extremely responsive, flexible and an all around excellent host! We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying at the house again soon!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing time at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to teh beach and downtown but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Best weekend

The house was just so beautiful everything from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the amazing pool and outdoor fire pit. My family came to enjoy and celebrate my daughter‘s 13th birthday and we could not have had a better experience.

A perfect vacation home on island. We loved the very private yard, including the pool and outdoor kitchen. The extensive game room in the basement was a big bonus. The home is essentially brand new and very well-stocked, and the owner could not have been more accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property with amazing outdoor space and game room in basement. Traveled with our 4 kids and had a blast. Met the owner upon check in and he gave us a detailed tour of the beautiful house and property. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous October Long Weekend

The property listing presents as a beautiful Nantucket getaway, it’s actually even truly more amazing in person. The home is extremely comfortable & fully stocked with all the essentials, and more. The host was extremely communicative & accommodating. We had a wonderful time & would give the home & the host a rating of A++!

Beautiful house. My adult sons loved the game room in the basement. Great use of outdoor space. Pool (which I swam in daily.) Bocci court and outdoor kitchen were awesome. Our host was always available to answer questions Overall outstanding!

Outstanding home on Nantucket

Awesome home! Grill area with bocce court and pool area outstanding! Not one complaint from us. Be sure to meet owner for tour when you arrive. He was always readily available for any questions. Short bike ride to town and only 1 mile from beach. Loved it all !!!

My family of five had a wonderful time on Nantucket and in this house. It was our first time on this magical island and the home's Surfside location was perfect - about 15-25 mins to town depending on traffic with bike trails everywhere. Easy travels from every direction. Amazing beaches are under 5 minutes and simple bike ride even for my 6 year old. The house was as pictured and promised with a great outdoor kitchen, salt/heated pool and gas fire pit. We used all of it including the billiards and game room daily. Joao was a fantastic host. Extremely thoughtful and responsive. Will stay again in the future.

Fantastic Nantucket Getaway!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation home in Nantucket, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house is charming, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The décor perfectly captures the Nantucket vibe, and the spacious rooms made our stay incredibly comfortable. The outdoor amenities were a highlight for our family. We spent countless hours enjoying the pristine pool and had so much fun playing bocce on the court. It was the perfect setting for both relaxation and family fun. The location is also ideal—just a short drive from the beach and easy access to much of the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s clear that they’ve put a lot of thought into making this home a perfect retreat for guests.

Loved our stay

New construction, very clean, short bike ride to the beach, lots of entertainment-pool, fire pit, outside grill, bocce court, game room-something for everyone. Owner very accommodating.

Amazing House, great host

Every detail of the house was exactly as described. The house is up to date and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. There is plenty of room and the basement arcade was a big hit for the kids. The host Joao was great, keeps the house in top shape and any questions we had were quickly answered. My family looks forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic time! Thank you so much for hosting us. The house is immaculate. The kids loved the pool, the game room, and the bocce ball court. The property is 5 mins from the airport and 15 mins to town. Everything is very close. The host was very responsive and helpful to any issues that we encountered! Highly recommend this property for your next Nantucket stay!

Outstanding house.

The house, and it’s owner are wonderful. The house is clean, new, and really well appointed. No detail is missing. The pool area is a show stopper. The game room and bocce ball court were hits for our family. The house is nestled closely behind another house, but the well defined landscaping/mature trees block most if any neighborly noise. We would absolutely stay again.

Nantucket Gem!

My 7 friends and I had the best time staying at this stunning house. Our time hanging out in the backyard, whether at the fire table, in the pool, or playing bocce ball, made the weekend! The location is very quiet and pretty easy to get to and from town via Uber or Lyft. Two friends went for morning runs to Nobadeer beach and really enjoyed the easy access. I hope to stay here again someday soon!

Nantucket GEM! A+++! Amazing time!

My wife and I and our older dog stayed for the week, with some family on the weekend, absolutely amazing property. Every detail was considered in this home and it was wonderful to stay in. Amazing game room, pool table, and entertainment for adults and kids, owner very helpful and responsive if needed during the week, beautiful quiet back yard with pool. Everything was incredible. Favorite place we've stayed yet on Nantucket.

All of the reviews are true. This is a great property and Joao, the owner, couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating! Nantucket is a special place and this home makes it even better! Can’t wait until next year!
