The impeccable Millie Cottage overlooks a distant Nantucket Harbor view from the second floor and is a five minute stroll to Main Street. This gorgeously constructed cottage, completed January 2016, includes shiplap walls and ceilings of the highest quality construction throughout. Professionally decorated by Erin Deombeleg of Charlotte Hill Interiors. Central heat and air, Halogen pendent lighting, and gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Bedding with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Beautiful bathroom with marble vanity, marble floors and over sized shower. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries and dish washer and laundry detergent included. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and dining patio. Beautiful landscaping surrounds property.

Nice Location in Nantucket

Beautiful Cottage just outside of downtown Nantucket. 12 minute walk to town and ferry service. Cottage has all the modern comforts. Host and caretaker were great.

Fantastic home and location

We had a wonderful experience with this property. First, the owner was extremely flexible based on changes to our travel plans. She made the process easy and the check in was flawless. The property itself lives up to or exceeds the description. It has everything you could possibly need for a stay in Nantucket. Beautiful furnishings and everything put together extremely well. The location is fantastic. It is outside of the craziness of downtown Nantucket, but only a five minute walk away with a water view. I would highly recommend renting this property for your visit to Nantucket.

Lovely modern home in nantucket!

Just want to mention that this is a condominium and not a real “cottage”. That said, we loved the property, it’s beautifully decorated, nice linens, and has all that is needed for a short or a longer stay. Only about a 10 minute walk from downtown Nantucket. There is also a baggage drop nearby if you’re there for a short period and want to check your luggage.

Beautiful spot convenient to town

Lilly Cottage is located an easy walk into town. The parking space outside adds to the convenience. The place was super clean and pretty new, which was nice. Be aware if you rent the Lily you are getting a one bedroom with two queen beds in it. I was told my Teresa that I was getting a one bedroom with a king, but that is not what was there. I think the same property is rented as either a one or two bedroom cottage. Frustratingly, when I tried to contact Teresa she never responded. Not a huge deal, but I would be aware of this. I even sent her a screenshot of our conversation in which she said the one bedroom had a king. The radio silence bothered me the most.

First Nantucket trip

Our family had amazing time in Nantucket. The house was perfect! Very clean and extremely well appointed, exactly as pictured and advertised. Theresa was tremendous host, easy to communicate with and full of outstanding recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Great home for a Nantucket family get away

We had an amazing time staying at the Lilly Cottage . The home is located minutes of walking distance away Nantucket town center. The property has been thoughtfully decorated and provided us a nice home away from home get away experience.

Excellent property!

Everything is top-notch and well-done! Location is perfect to either walk to Nantucket Town or drive to Sconset. Only not-5-star comment is about accuracy of listing. The house actually has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two queens. There are also two full bathrooms!
