"This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! Very cozy and had everything we needed. We were in town for a softball tournament and the house was located so close to the fields so we were able to go back and fourth between games. The hosts were very responsive and polite. Highly recommend! "

"The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive."

"Absolutely lovely condo with stunning views, and every amenity you could think of. This was no half-stocked after-thought rental unit. Everything from kitchen, to bathrooms, and bedrooms were stocked as if the owners were there to use them. Plus, the view and serenity of the location just made it exceptional. So comfortable and easy for our stay. Can't recommend enough! Coffee on the balcony in the morning is a must! "

She had our golf cart delivered to Idol Hour and our Smith Island Strawberry cake was in the refrigerator waiting for us. We loved Idol Hour and would stay again. "The house was exactly how the pictures showed !Cute and cozy ,and clean ! Im a country girl and felt at home sitting on the porch,enjoying the breeze. The sound of the ocean was a bonus!! Quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and morning walk on the dock. Overall i enjoyed my stay appreciate the hospitality of the host and would booked again !! "

"Our stay was amazing. The cabin was exactly as described. 9 family member stayed at the cabin comfortably. The view of the lake was breathtaking, the property was quiet and inviting with plenty of space for celebrating. We came to attend the Crab and Cruise experience which was a short drive from tge property. The surrounding city was quaint and friendly."
